Lovely hotel. Nice staff.breakfast was average. We travel all night to Prague with train. I sent few times emails to ask will the be chance to my room would be ready before 15.00. nobody answered. Pity.

Good sized room, great breakfast, nice staff, great and quite location. Nice balcony. No aircon (fine, my bad, I should have checked). No 24h reception, bed was very warm and uncomfy (this is very subjective). I came during a heat wave with 40 degrees celsius so tough luck.

Nice hotel outside the city centre but with public transport (tram & metro) nearby. We had some badluck as flight was canceled and the shuttle service broke down. The ladies of the reception were very helpful and friendly and asked sincerely and asked again. . Really caring which was very nice. Furthermore very helpful in answering the normal tourist questions for visiting the city There was no air-conditioning in the room which is a challenge visiting prague with 38 degrees.

We had a room on the top floor, which was very convenient because it had AC, it was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excelllent, diverse choices and everything we tried was tasty. The hotel is very close to the old town, it's a walkable distance, but there are plenty of choices for public transportation as well. -
