The room was a bit dirty, lots of dust

The wardrobe did not function.

The breakfast was okay. The beds were comfortable. We liked it. The shower was broken. It was noisy during the night time. The breakfast could be better if they serve some hot food, like porridge, for instance..

I did not like the breakfast. There was not too many choices. The room smells bad. The wardrobe screetches. The furtniture is very old and worn-out The shower and the toilet are also worn-out. You can see brown marks on the toilet. I think you could find something better for this price. It is not a 4 stars hotel.

Good hotel to stay in Prague

Hotel is really old. Too much moment was repaired without any quality. shower, bathtub, faucets, carpet, tiles need attention

The breakfast was okay and included everything necessary. Our room was upstairs and was a comfortable, decent size. However, the location is wonderful! We could easily reach the hotel by train or underground, and we could walk to the city center in about 20 to 30 minutes. Super! The only disadvantage was that we were directly under the roof, so the window was in the ceiling and we couldn't see the street.

The location is perfect, close to I.P. Pavlova. The whole hotel as well as the room would benefit from upgrade. The bed mattress was worn-out. The bathroom needed a renewal. My room was extremely noicy. Breakfest was well below expectation. If I knew about the breakfeast I would have booked my stay without breakfast.

Location was perfect.

Location and the price It has nice vibe, however the bed was really unstable and squeaky. Room wasn’t very clean, carpets were really discussing, we were airfare to take our shoes off…. The fridge was not really clean.. it is for food so I would expect it to be much cleaner. However the bathroom was perfectly clean though

It was near to a tram stop and was really convenient.

It was extremely cold inside, nobody turned on the heat before my arrival

The closiness to the tram, the fact that there was air conditioning and the fact that the breakfast was available on premisses. I have asked twice to deal With the issue of a cattle that was not working. The issue was not resolved.

Location…it’s ok however, it’s still a pretty long walk from the Old Town Square. The hotel is very dirty, the bathtub wasn’t cleaned for a long time and they explained themselves that “it’s old that’s why it looks dirty”. The room phone doesn’t work, I couldn’t call the reception, I tried calling from my own phone and no one picked up! There is one recording the keeps playing over and over again and eventually the line hangs up. The breakfast room was dirty and the lights are dimmed so you cannot see how dirty it actually is! The selection is ridiculous there was hardly any food at 9 and it closes at 10. The elevator isn’t maintained and it got stuck on the way up. Overall I was very disappointed by my visit and cannot say that the hotel deserves the 3.5 star rating that it has! I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Toilet could use some Savo, radiator in the bathroom was really dirty, matrasses on a queen bed were single one and they spread like legs of a horny lady, internet didn't really work, first breakfast missed sausages, and vegetable selection
