Quick check-in. Incredible breakfast. Nice room.

I liked the location, my room was always cleaned, they helped me with breakfast for my picky grandbaby. Loved the coffee, juice and breakfast, although it never changed. Felt very safe in the room knowing you need a key to get in the elevator. So no one that’s not stay there can come in. The tv stopped working, internet didn’t work at all! So we couldn’t even watch movies or shows for the kids on the iPads. There was always some maintenance people going into our room. Like to “fix stuff or replace outlets and other stuff. I stayed 2 weeks and breakfast was always the same food. Not 1 changed or added new. But the tv and internet not working was what disappointed me mostly.

It's now a real minus, but if you could add more fruit options at breakfast will be appreciated.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The WiFi didn’t work properly and the room was changed. Every use of the shower left the shower room full with steam. The ventilation system was not functioning properly.

The staff was very nice and the facilities were modern and clean. The price paid was not worth the quality of the room.

Great access to transit and many things nearby. A lot of lobby seating was nice also. The room was very warm and couldn’t control heat much. It would be nice to have a little more flexibility in air flow. That was the only thing I noticed.

Minor inconveniences - empty shower gel, full garage, crowded breakfast.

Fantastic hotel, very pleased with everything and highly recommend it. If we needed to criticise anything, it would probably be the breakfast as a sole point: maybe offer a smaller selection (it was literally a huge amount of things that could be chosen from from anything sweet to a full continental with several choices of anything) and instead make sure the items would be perfectly cooked and seasoned (we found the potatoes to be a little too mushy, the eggs a little undercooked, etc). But that's really only if we wanted to be picky.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the location was excellent because of the tram station less than a minute away from the hotel. I felt the pillows weren't the most comfortable, the fridge was kind of small even for hotel standards. The bathroom felt crammed.

The hotel is nice and clean. The main bed was comfortable. We appreciated the 2 separate bathrooms. It is close to public transport and super markets. When we arrived the sofa bed was not ready for the kids. They sent a young guy who made the bed very quickly. I had to call back for them to add another mattress cover because the one put on the sofa bed did not cover the mattress and we see all the stains. Also the sofa bed was broken and they told us: it’s the way it is. They sent someone the day after to repair but it didn’t change a thing. So the kids slept on a broken bed for 3 nights. Very expensive for what we got. Also, we could hear the neighbors talking very clearly at night.
