Everything was perfect, I am glad they have microwave in the room Nothing

The location was excellent. Tram runs in front of hotel, groceries nearby and small shops with all your need. There's also food nearby. huge park nearby that hosted a beer festival while I stayed at the hotel. The hotel offers both fridge and microwave as well as a safe. Good enough for a few nights. the bed was highly uncomfortable. the comforter was smaller than the bed. The AC did not adjust in temp and you must turn the room key in a special lock to enable use of electricity. The breakfast is just OK. Lots of tea options and a fancy coffee machine. The toilet was too high, and the sink was too low. Perfect for a 4 year old and im only 5ft 2. the shower requires you to step up about 12 inches and the space is extremely tight. Not suitable for larger body types.

Directly at a Tram Stop - which is great - but loud. Breakfast was included. It was very loud when a neighbor closed a door, The refrigerator made loud noises. Not much directly in the area.

The hotel was very nice, location is perfect, the tram stop is just in front of the hotel, room was very cozy and clean, had needed facilities. Breakfast was okay. The reception woman was super nice. Overall liked my stay a lot. Thank you! Would probably need a shampoo in the room, cuz there was an unknown liquid that was for body and hair which I was skeptical about. Would love the checkin to be at 11 instead of 10.

The bathroom is very little , no shampoo and there wasn't tea or coffee .

Front desk hostess is EXCELLENT! She's the best customer service person ever! Very helpful !!
-
WC very small, no hooks for towels in the bath

Very friendly staff, sufficient breakfast, also got offered a breakfast package because I had to leave early. Room was clean and quiet, everything alright.

Excellent location, right next to the tram stop, it was easy to get to both the old town and to the O2 arena. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. Lots of restaurants, bars and food shops nearby so we could always buy what we needed even later in the evenings. The sound isolation might be better, also the bed mattress wasn't very comfy, everything else was good.

Very clean and local transport is just in front of the hotel.

Left my electric plug adaptor in Pilsen. They tried to sell me one. So, I got one at a different hotel for free. Thank you Lindner Hotel Prague Castle by Hyatt!!!!!

The hotel is super close to the tram stop, which is very convenient. Also, the breakfast were nice, even though we'd expect a bit more vegetables and higher quality of some products. Specifically, there was the cheapest tea (jemča) and coffee. Our room smelled like cleaning products, like bleach (savo), and the floor was also sticky from it. The furniture wasn't the newest, but we didn't mind that part. However, the beds weren't comfortable. Lastly, AC/thermostat's control display was shining at night, even at the lowest brightness.
