I went down for breakfast, but there were no available tables, so I asked if I could have breakfast served to my room instead. I spoke to both the receptionist and a member of the breakfast staff, and then went back to my room to wait. When nothing arrived, I went back downstairs at 10:10, after breakfast service had ended, assuming they had simply forgotten my request. The receptionist then told me that I had misunderstood because the hotel does not offer room service. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, although I had spoken to two different staff members and neither of them mentioned that room service was unavailable. What disappointed me most was what happened next. I explained that, because of the misunderstanding, I had missed breakfast entirely and hadn't even had a coffee, despite having paid for it. I simply asked if it would be possible to have a sandwich and a coffee instead, but my request was refused. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but I would have appreciated a little more flexibility and customer care in this situation.

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Prague. Located right in between Old Town Square and Wencelas Square, everything is walkable. The hotel is located on a quiet street with lots of restaurants nearby

The only downside was my experience with one of the restaurant staff members, who was not very friendly or welcoming. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.

Located in central part of town, safe, clean. Rooms and bathrooms are renovated. Very utilitarian. Great value for price. This is not a fancy place with elaborate furniture and decor. It is clean, new, a bit sparse. It was adequate for a short city stay.

The location is phenomenal.

Bed should be improved. Some of my friends said that some parts of the bed were sagging, and we felt like we were sinking into it. Although the bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases were excellent in quality wise, I didn’t feel very comfortable due to the increasing heat while lying down. The material used to protect the mattress—or possibly the mattress itself—causes you to overheat and wake up sweaty. We even slept with the window open, but we still couldn’t escape the heat

I liked most of all the location. It was calm, but near to Old town.

It was too noisy because there are bars close to the hotel

We had an excellent stay! Everything was comfortable, well-prepared, and thoughtfully organized. The location is very convenient, with almost everything within walking distance, making it even more enjoyable. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
