Big Appartment style room,Excelent location

Great Air Conditioning. Location. Breakfast is huge. Friendly staff
-
It was close to the airport, and I like the soundproof walls. No AC but they did leave a fan in my room. I was there alone but there are other rooms that are rented with shared facilities Hauling luggage up the stairs during a heatwave.

Второй раз здесь останавливаемся. Все было хорошо. Разве что завтрак хотелось бы по разнообразней.

One Tv channel in Czech only. Three nights no news. The tech engineer came multiple times at my request could not solve the problem turned around and just left.

Staff were great, very helpful and welcoming. Excellent location, easy direct walk to Old Town. Close to train station and a block from National Museum a plus, also made navigating back from points in town easier. Room was spacious and hotel very quiet, exceptional value. Plenty of options for breakfast. A bit tricky to find, entrance is off from main streets but once figured it out it was no problem. Close to many good restaurants. Recommend.

Limited Choices in Breakfast. Room was fine. excellent Location Breakfast limited and housekeeping staff attitude was tough

Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Poor entrance at back of a mall. Reception on 1st floor.

We stay family of 3. We had 1 bedroom . The room was spacious, on the top floor, you had to take 2 elevators to get there, but it was not a problem. Breakfast was delicious with some daily variety. Hotel located right on the main street, next to the tram, next to the bart, restaurants, and shops.10=15 mmin walk to the main attractions.

Location Good

The hotel has a perfect location. It is located very close to the old town and is essentially in the center of the city. We stayed there for 5 days at Christmas and went almost everywhere on foot. It is an old hotel, which is accessible through an arcade. However the rooms are very comfortable, very large and very clean and always had warm water for bathing. There is daily service, changing towels daily and putting back coffee, shampoo etc. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, with the basics. Eggs, bacon or sausages, beans, mushrooms, salads, cheeses, vegetables, yogurt, etc., bread, cake, coffee/shake/tea. But there were some negative ones. The room the first night was very warm, but all the other days not, we circulated with jackets and we couldn't light air conditioning. There was also no sound insulation and we listened to them next door talking. Fortunately our room was cornery so we only had one room next to us.

Location, breakfast, staff, cleanliness
-
The staff was friendly, breakfast had alot of a variety. The location was perfect. The shower had the half door and was difficult to keep water from going on the floor.
-
One of the beds was a bit deformed, it was "bent" to the left side, so I couldn't sleep in the middle
-
The staff was really nice. Lukas from the reception was very friendly and gave us nice tips about Prague.

Despite being in a bit of a maze, it’s in an exceptional location, directly city center close to everything! The free breakfast was really nice as well and had a huge variety. The hallway had a restaurant where people could smoke so often times it smelled really strongly of cigarettes, but that’s a Prague thing for sure.
