Great staff who were very accommodating for gluten allergies. Hotel was sleek and modern. Room was good. Breakfast was very good. Nothing, very good value for money.

Everything. From getting an early check in, to the friendly staff, the awesome spacious room with great amenities including a coffee machine, and the excellent breakfast selections downstairs. The hotel is also in a great location just outside the main hustle and bustle of the old town to feel more local and quiet. Some nice trendy bars just down the road too. Highly recommend this place. Nothing.

The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Prague. Yana at the front desk deserves a special mention — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Her warm, professional service really made our experience special. Nothing to note — we had no complaints.

Lovely hotel close by to main attractions. Very clean and lovely staff. Breakfast was very good. Coffee machine in room and you could ask for extra pods. Fridge with water too that was refilled upon request.

Nothing not to like to be honest! Location great, breakfast great and very comfy Exit of car park! As much as the car park is class. We had to wait for the barrier to exit and had to back up to reception to give them a nudge to do so!

Good location, close to the historic centre and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, modern. The bed was very comfortable. Also, we really enjoyed the gym, much better than most hotels provide. Will definitely return on our next visit in Prague. Nothing, everything was great.

Spotless clean. Large room with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms (duplex room) including wonderful amenities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of foods. Location superb! We would surely return if we were to come back to Prague! We liked everything!
