The bed was a little hard.

I was expecting the place had parking, but parking appeared to be an expensive public garage (33€ for 12h of parking over night).

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception is located on the upper floor, which was already inconvenient. The gentleman at reception, around 50 years old (I am not sure if he was the Hotel Manager or Front Office Manager), was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming from the moment we checked in. His attitude towards us was disrespectful and far below any acceptable standard of hospitality. We had already made our reservation and were very tired after a long journey, so we decided to stay. We were given a room on the top floor with only a small roof window that could not be opened. The air conditioning was barely working, and there was no remote control to adjust it. When we requested a hairdryer, we were told we had to leave a €10 cash deposit before they would provide one. This was very disappointing. The breakfast was average and nothing special. The flooring in the room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest. As someone working in hotel management myself, I was shocked by the complete lack of hospitality and customer care. The behavior of the receptionist completely ruined our stay and overshadowed our visit to Prague. Prague is a beautiful city, but unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was so unpleasant that it left us with very negative memories. I sincerely hope the hotel management addresses these issues, especially the attitude of the front desk staff, because no guest should be treated this way.

Comforatble room, clean bathroom. The hotel is located in the building of Praha Masarykovo train station, a short walking distance from the main station and from the centre. Good value for money. Windows of the room should be renovated.

The hotel should somehow notify beforehand for the parking. We had to park in a garage of another hotel, but first had to take the ticket from our hotel and we were trying ti figure out where to temporary leave the car to do so.. Also, I understand is good value for the money given the location, but the room had carpets that were reallt poorly cleaned (if at all). We were travelling with a small baby and I would definetelly not recommend it if staying with small kids.

There was no air conditioning.

Location was central to where we needed to be during our stay. Room was smaller, with three single beds and one chair. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and the tables and common areas constantly bussed and kept clean. The bathroom was very small and not vented, so it became very hot while using it for showering or toilet. The shower wand leaked and the holder no longer allowed any adjustment. To shower you had to stand in the corner of the stall or use the wand. The toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall so TP was placed on the tank lid. The room did not have a hairdryer. The beds were very hard. The room needs an update.

Breakfast was nice and ladies that serve breakfast are clean and helpful Location is good People who work nights at a reception do not answer your call at all. The guests were so loud the whole stay, and I didn’t sleep at all due to that. I told people who worked during the day about it,they seemed concerned that night receptionists did not answer the call from me,but they didn’t do anything about,it continued.

the diswashing area because the water not flowing directly?
-
It’s small but very good rooms for a couple of days with a great breakfast . A good value of money and it’s right in the center and near central bus station. On the right side there is an amazing restaurant you should visit. It would be better if the rooms have good windows because it was half open and doesn’t get closed and it always was a little bit windy inside the room and cold , but the heating was saving it all.
-
Not the cleanest place, glasses with someone else's lipstick in the room or line to have a breakfast since there wasn't enough tables
-
The WiFi is pretty bad. And the breakfast it’s not great
