they didn't provide Hygiene kit, shampoo and slippers at our room. Our room was standard room but at least they should inform about this in reserving time or have an option with extra payment.

Very good breakfast, great stuff at the reception and restaurant , special thanks to Adrian A few items were not functioning when we arrived - safe was not working, sink was plugged (and remained this way thru the entire stay), tv not working, they also did not clean the room one of the days, and although the hotel is non smoking we felt cigarette smoke in our room and bathroom

The room was nice and spacious. The staff was kind. The breakfast had big variety. The only less of a good experince was that you really can't check in earlier than 14 pm. We arrived at 6 in the morning to Prague, walked around the city till 12:30 pm. Would have been great to be able to check in an hour earlier. Fortunatelly they have a nice roof terrace and as the weather was great, we could spend that 1,5 hour there.

Superb breakfast, friendly staff! The room is clean and you have all you need. The door is not noise-proof, you hear everything from the hall or if other guests make noise. There is a light coming outside thus the door is really not tight-closed although it is locked. I don't know if all the doors of the rooms are like that, lol.

Overall hotel accommodation is good, but was expecting better accommodation due to it's price. Breakfast was good, options a bit limited, but it was fine Location was very good and that was the best thing for this hotel, easy access to tram, to walk to sight scenes, shopping, surrounded by some restaurants, coffee shops and super markets Room size was fine, but was expected a bigger triplet room Was disappointed from the cleaning! A bit expensive for the hotel

Very close to the center, 5 mins away from Mustek station, big room. Not all the electric sockets are working

The rooms were clean and in good nick. They cleaned the room everyday which was good. The breakfast was good and varied! The location was great with restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The road can be a bit noisy at times if you open the windows. If closed it is fine.
