The room was cheap and the linen was clean. Breakfast was also included in the price. You get what you pay for here. The bed squeaked constantly and the bathroom had mold. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good.

Not touristy in the area, right on the beach with a good view from a pool ( or if you book a sea view room). Reception Staff were nice and the cleaning lady for the ground floor and the basement was so kind and friendly. Breakfast was not bad for the price. Dated, not modern type. Pool area always had some guy teaching swimming lesson to a lot of kids. On many occasions, it was really hard to enjoy the pool with all the noise, splashes and the large number of them in there. The pool was actually the main reason we booked there, so it was very disappointing for this problem.

The friendly staff. Location. The view is fantastic. we booked a sea view, for the 1st night of 4, but was allowed to stay in that room with a little added payment. Breakfast is adequate. The linen was clean and housekeeping done daily. The pool was a blessing. The bed was hard and lumpy. To climb into the bath to shower can be a risk for older people like us. The bathroom door looked tacky with waterdamage. As well as the basin and bath as the grout was missing and the toilet seat shifted around and was of the cheapest plastic. All wooden furniture in the room needed tlc. It's a fantastic location but the rooms need a serious upgrade.

Location fantastic. Staff helpfull and friendly. Kettle and fridge in the room. Beds were okay but can be better. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was good. The bathroom could do with renovation. The mattress as well.

The location was excellent, across the road from the beach and it was in the middle of town. The price was very reasonable. It was plain and a touch shabby. I was in the room during most of the afternoon so it didn’t get cleaned despite leaving a sign on the door to clean it when I was out. The breakfast buffet was plentiful in choice and quantity but typical of Chinese style hotels. That’s fine if you like that kind of breakfast. My Thai relatives loved it. White bread, chicken sausages, rice is not my taste.

Amazing location. Fabulous views, top-notch restaurant. Older architecture means CENTRAL hot water, and roomy BATHTUB ! Wifi on top floor was iffy.

The best part of the hotel was the pool area This is an old , sad and rundown hotel. You enter into a large main lobby with imperious looking staff at the check-in counter. The hotel rooms on the other hand are a complete reversal of this empirical stance. We were staying in what was known as Deluxe city view rooms. Far from deluxe they were tiny, dirty, leaky toilets with noisy poorly functioning air con. The beds were ancient and bore the burden of years of unhappy sleepers. There were larger Sea View rooms in the hotel but none were available when we asked for an upgrade although many seemed empty. The free breakfast was the standard fare of eggs, some fruit, deep fried dough and some Thai offerings. I enjoyed a coffee. There seemed to be many long term very elderly European guests who did long stays here ( perhaps the sea view) rooms. This gave the breakfast room a care home feel to it. Not a bright and lively breakfast nook at all. Better accommodations are available.

Fantastic location. Excellent view from the room. Lobby and breakfast room very nice. The brekfast was also very good. Very good value for money. The room was shabby and in need of renovation. However the room was very clean.

Staff not friendly. Wanted cash only 500 bhat deposit for room key.. would not accept credit card .

The view is amazing from the balconies, which are nice and big, and the restaurant serves very, very good a la carte food (breakfast is okay...). Close to the weekend markets. The place seriously needs a renovation. The place could be so much better with a small investment, and I'm sure they're sold old every major Thai holiday. Put some money back into the room!
