The room was fine clean spacious bathroom was clean the shower was very slippery definitely needed a shower mat. The second day the fire alarm kept going off it took them several hours to fix it. Very annoying

Fire alarm went off 4 times in several hours. I evacuated for 45 minutes outside. Then it happened 2 more times

The front desk clerk and breakfast attendant were friendly and accommodating. Listed as "Downtown" location. It was not in downtown Portsmouth.

The room had an industrial/musty smell (pillows included), there was a dirty hand towel on the shower rod, no ice on our floor. Not impressed for the cost and tourist area.

The hotel room doors are very loud when they close and woke us up several times.

Room was great, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good too. They were doing renovations in the lobby but I barely heard a thing.

They are in middle renovating the place and it was still nice and clean. Breakfast was good but I wish they had decaf coffee. My husband wanted toast with his breakfast and they had no toaster or bread . I would recommend the hotel.

Everything went well from check-in throughout our stay Hotel was clean and comfortable her room including our bed was very clean and comfortable. Bar was a bonus very nice located on the first floor.
