The location was ideal. It was very comfortable because we were able to adjust the ac to our preference. Extremely clean. There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Upon checking in , we were not even greeted but very rudely and coldly treated by the receptionist, who only had one word answers for us. This is not the way you treat guests arriving for the first time at your accommodation and I would not recommend this hotel to any one because of this !!!Throughout our stay we were treated this way by her .. The breakfast staff and lovely young lady , who was new went out of their way to help us . The packed breakfast was very disappointing, two stale slices of bead with some cheese squashed onto it.Would recommend rather not paying for breakfast .

The location is excellent. Within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and the riverfront. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A great boutique hotel that I would gladly stay at again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

The location was perfect! It is great for walking to all areas. I lived my stay- the only issue was traffic noise as my room was on the street side. It’s not a huge issue.

Location was great. Near the river and the action but still quiet. And the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Made dinner reservations for us. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Maybe some drawers for clothing. It was difficult to unpack without storage.

Very good breakfast! Staff were so friendly and informative. The Location was perfect for sites. The Bathroom had unfinished walls that looked like a GARAGE for CARS.

My wife and I recently stayed at Exmo and we had an excellent experience. We had a fabulous room facing the back which overlooks the Duoro River and the room had everything we could have wished for (and more). We were pleasantly surprised by the heated floor in the bathroom! The location is very convenient for exploring Porto and we never once needed an Uber other than going to the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent and service was great. I highly recommend Exmo and we will definitely come back.

Excellent location, excellent facility. One small issue was, there was a slight sewer or river smell in the lobby occasionally. They said it was related to the age of downtown infrastructure and proximity to the river. Did not affect our stay overall.
