The location was the only positive for me. Should be called "The Social Club". Asked for a quiet room, as was going for work. Upon check-in, i confirmed again if the room was quiet, as was assured it was a quiet room. Turns out, this hotel is more insterested in the party bar/disco on the 8th floor, that making sure their own clinets, that pay 170€a night, can sleep. From the afternoon in my room, i could hear the music from the bar/club. At night, the volume was trippled, and i even felt the vibrations of the etectronic music. When i called reception, they told me the music was until 23h00! When i complained, they told me they "would see what they could do" and did nothing- as if it were strange that a hotel client wants to SLEEP and REST. Then, from closing time until 1 am, i had to listen to the staff dragging all the chairs and tabbles on the cieling of my room... when i complained, they again said "i will try and ask the staff to make less noise, but there is nothing we can do...". It is UNACCEPTABLE for a 4 star hotel, with this pricing, to be so indifferent to their clients. This is a HOTEL, not a nightclub. I didnt sleep AT ALL for 3 days, had to wake up at 8am to work... what a nightmare. Stay away from any room on the 7th floor, and then the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors you have all the crazy noise from reception and all the fun games and bars and things going on. I am outraged by this experience, will not be coming back.

The Brazilian girl (Ryanah) in the reception, was so lovely and amazing. Also love the rooftop bar, the gym and the common area. The only small detail is that the sink is outside of the bathroom, what is a bit awkward, but is completely fine.

Great place and great staff We paid for breakfast but then were told there wasn’t any room and we would have to at least 30 minutes. They were nice enough to refund our money and we went across the street for a great breakfast. That really killed the whole feeling though.
