The location was perfect. It was a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The Timeout Market is around the corner in the Bento Station. The Mercado do Bolhoa is 10 minutes walking. The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well designed with lots of storage, a desk and a big bathroom offering some storage for toiletries. Breakfast was more than ample with all kinds of sweet and savory options and very good coffee including cappuccino, I would stay here again. Everything was Perfect

Location was great. Breakfast was okay and made it easy to get started for the day. More than 2 coffee pods for in room use during a 4 night stay. Breakfast options were the same everyday. Room AC was controlled by the front desk and had to be “over-rided” if you wished the room temp cooler. It would cut off and get hot.

Great design of the room, bed is comfy and breakfast is good. Most importantly, the staff is super friendly. All good.

Great location. Walk to everything. Many restaurants close by. The riverfront is a short walk. Close to Lelly Bookstore. It’s a city so somewhat noisy if you go to bed early.

A manager committee to get back to me in persons regarding the found problem with lack of hot water in morning time There was no hot water in the two rooms throughout the entire morning. I approached the staff, and it took almost three hours until a proposal for alternative rooms was provided. As a result, a significant part of the only full day we had in Porto was lost, since we had to wait for a solution in order to take a proper shower with hot water. I was informed by the manager that a senior manager would contact me to discuss and offer some form of compensation. I even sent a reminder, however it appears the hotel chose to ignore it

Location Ultra modern non functional rooms , no ice at the bar, ice machine broken for 2 weeks! No restaurant service but they have breakfast!

Very central location with McDonald’s around the corner for a quick snack. Staff were helpful and room was clean. Room was very small with no windows.
