Reviews

Well located the staff with excellent attitude for customers very helpfull in all areas Nothing

Room size/comfort was good. The staff were helpful. The hotel was easy to find by road.

The employees are very nice. The room is big, comfortable and the TV has Chromecast available. The room is well soundproofed and the blackouts actually work. We ordered room service. They delivered the food fast and it was good. The breakfast is tasty and has a good amount of choices. The biggest disappointment is the indoor pool and sauna. The pool is very small, does not have enough reclined chairs and the facilities are shared with the gym next door (Solinca). We went after lunch and the locker rooms and sauna already had that distinct locker room stale smell. The floor next to the pool was also dirty. Parking costs as much as the next door public parking. It's tight and hard to move around even with a normal sized car.

it’s complicated
-
The air conditioning was totally useless and was pretty unbearable. This was the reason for the lower rating.
-
Excellent breakfast, staff courtesy, hotel very quite The pool requires a refresh as well as the room toilet needs a better lighting
-
Nothing to complain about
-
Bathrooms are a little outdated with a shower over the bath, a safetly hazard for old people. Check in took too long
-
Amazing experience, the breakfast was perfect! This hotel has the best “pastel de nata” of the whole Porto. The location is a little far from the main things, but it is worth it
-
It was worth the $. The staff were excellent. We ate at the bar downstairs and had one of the best dinners we’ve ever had in the restaurant. The staff spoke English and made us feel very welcome. Our server guided wine selection to pare with our food selections. Excellent!

You need to do a better job for the hotel parking description, where excatly the car parking lot is located. Also add a reminder for people arrivding by their own cars that they can park in the front and be shown where the parking lot is. Carpets need to be cleaned.

comfortable bed and nice views Slightly more options on menu in bar?
-
Restaurant menu was extremely limited and very expensive. We were told the restaurant was full, okk no ly 3 table occupied. After a conversation management we were accommodated.
