Excellent central location. Access to the main areas plus the station and Metro. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast; all freshly presented. There is noise from the roadworks opposite; although it appears that it is nearing completion.

Rooms are great (with balcony! It's not obvious for a city hotel).reception clerks Staff was amazing and so kind !

The breakfast was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate my gluten allergy as well. Having breakfast on the terrace was a pleasant surprise. The staff is so incredibly kind and thoughtful.

Bathroom too small otherwise everything was great
-
Rooftop terrace Rooms are small, lots of construction around

Was in a good location for wandering around shops and restaurants. We wanted two separate beds, not two beds pushed together. We made adjustments to the furniture to accommodate our comfort. Also, unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on right outside our room…sometimes into the night. Luckily, we brought earplugs. Could you do something about the hills? ?

Nice, clean, small, friendly hotel in the heart of the city. It is in such a perfect location, easy to find and just close to so many things. The bedroom was a bit small but not a deal breaker.
-
Very clean, modern, fully renovated, excellent rooftop. There was noice last night of our trip on the street, a cars alarm was sounding on and off all night.
-
Very noisy. I paid in advance for twin bed , which wasn't assigned to me.
-
The soundproofing could have been a bit better, as street noise was noticeable at times.

I loved the hotel's location. It was close to everywhere. Although it was central, it was not noisy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions. The room was large and had everything I needed. I liked the size of the desk and the comfortable chair, which made it easy to work. The bed was comfortable. My room had a balcony overlooking the wonderful square! The breakfast was phenomenal. They served 4 different styles of eggs, delicious bread, local pastries, fruit, cheese, sausage, etc. I wish there was a shelf above the sink to put toiletries, etc.

Perfect spot in Porto. Would stay again.

Great location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. View out of my room is of a building under construction.

There was some construction for a new metro line, but it was a minor inconvenience and we never were bothered by any noise. The room was very nice, with a balcony with a city view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet on the 5th floor with outdoor deck was excellent, well worth the 15 euros. The construction was a little bit of a nuisance, but understandable progress .

Perfect location and perfect room Size for the money and us. Nothing

Property is in a prime location! Walking distance to everything Tad noisy on weekend nights due to traffic and party crowd. One elevator that could prove problematic during summer busy months if you cant take the stairs
-
This hotel is close to public transit, lots of great shopping and restaurants, and the staff and facilities were great. I would book again.

We can walk to every place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. A lot of restaurants around there. no

Staff very friendly, Elevators worked well. Room thermostat was efficient. Room smaller than expected, Construction was very difficult to navigate. Breakfast way too expensive. Did not feel the cost matched the offerings, especially with the construction.

There is construction work for the metro line outside the hotel but noise was minimal and didn’t affect our stay.
