Staff, location are great. Facilities of the hotel are sufficient for a short business stay. They have all necessary things, but nothing more. Although a little tired hotel, it is good value for money.

The room is great - breakfast is 10 euros/day for a continental breakfast. The staff was very accommodating, and the room was very clean. The location is good and near shopping and restaurants. The distance to Porto requires a shuttle or Uber.

Nice location, clean rooms, friendly staff Old furnitures. No vegetables in the breakfast buffet. It's an old building, so when it's cold outside – it's also cold in your room. And the air conditioner (as the only source of heat) barely helps.

Hotel located in central part of Porto, close to all facilities. The room was very clean. Have breakfast option, but very basic. Good hotel but a little tired in the interior. For me, the room was overpriced, really basic breakfast.

There isn't anything I can think of that was to dislike at all about the hotel or location, and may I add their buses that all go directly to the center of Porto!

Location was decent The AC made weird vibrations the entire night so couldn’t sleep at all. The hotel is old with old furniture and somehow the tv is hung close to the ceiling, the bathroom is the only thing that’s been renovated

I liked the location and the gentleman at the reception. He was exceptionally welcoming and polite This hotel has no relation to anything it aims to be - a 4-star place; the building, except for the reception area and the hall, is totally run down; the walls in our room were full of weird stains.

Location. By a nice market with tons of restaurants and bakeries inside.
