Very kind and helpful receptionists. I was traveling to others city and only stayed for 1 night but would stay longer next time for sure. Bed and pillow is compfortable, bathroom more spaces than in other hotels. Breakfast was amazing 10/10 recommend.

Location near great local food market; a walk into the centre, but well connected with public transport too. Great value for money! Could have been more consistent with tea/coffee replenishment, but otherwise room servicing excellent

The location was easy to get to and parking was easy under the hotel. It is in a busy area and there are lots of shops and restaurants around it, it is about 30-35 minutes walk to the port though and it's a hill so take good shoes. The hotel was very clean and well presented. Reception were great and very helpful with directions. The room facilities were good, we were only there one night so didn't require much and didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment, but overall I would recommend this hotel. Not so much "didn't like", but I would probably book somewhere closer to the port next time, the walk back was hard work.
