Excellent location, nice rooftop lookout. Rooms were smaller but very comfortable and clean. Great coffee shop just a few doors down and tons of great restaurant options very close by.

Everything was fine No tea coffee in room
-
Great location, very nice staff. The view from the balcony is amazing, the room is clean and of good value! It would be better if the room had a fridge

Everything was great. This hotel is an excellent location! Keep in mind that the property is located uphill from the train station a great little walk! The rooms are cozy, yet very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a great layout that had a bunk bed and a large bed, which felt like having two small bedrooms.

The moment walked into the hotel lobby, there was a noticeable old‑house smell. A better ventilation system would really improve the overall first impression.

Carpets were very dirty in our room

location; the lady who served at breakfast was very friendly Bathroom painting too dark, lights were too dim, made me feel not clean , the layout in bathroom was weird , toilet right beside the bathroom door, facing the shower. No cups or glasses in the room, you have to ask for it yourself.

The only thing going for this hotel was the staff were pleasant. Where do I start, first this hotel is very dated, like going back to 1970's. Our room 101 was in front of the building and the noise level coming up from the street during the night was very loud and then at 4.30am the bin lorries arrived, so we got no sleep. In fairness staff were understanding and moved us to a room at the back on 2nd floor and it was very quiet. But when I went to use hairdryer it was disastrous, it would only work for about 1 minute then cut off and way for about 3 mintues and it would come back on for 1 minute. I found the whole decor of hotel depressing, so would not recomend.

No tea/coffee facility in the room. Room was small . We booked a twin the beds were side by side with no room to move them.

Very noisy from people partying outside. Very bare bones room, no coffee or tea. Below average breakfast.

The breakfast could be a little more portuguese tasty

Location Considering the rating, I had higher expectations for the experience. However, it is a wonderful location with good value, especially if you're looking for a clean hotel, even if it may be a bit basic in comfort.

Close to other sites Mold in the room. TV - only 4 channels and too small and not smart to stream from devices!!! No coffee maker in room. Hallway carpets are filthy.
