Staff was really helpful. Made my stay really comfortable. Place is great and very well located. Has an amazing rooftop and good accommodations.

Even though our room was on the 14th floor and had a beautiful view over the city, the overall experience was disappointing. The room felt very outdated, especially because of the old carpet, and there was an unpleasant smell. The ventilation system was also very noisy, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our stay. We explained the situation at the reception, but the senior lady we spoke with simply told us that there was nothing they could do and that this was the situation. Unfortunately, no solution, room change, refund, or any form of compensation was offered. The next morning we decided to leave the hotel earlier than planned, even though we had already paid for two nights. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It feels outdated and in need of renovation, especially the rooms and the overall guest experience. Also the location and surroundings were not so nice. Walking in the area is not a good option.

No issues occured.

The room was perfectly set up for a family of 4 with 2 teen boys. AC was cold and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The view of the city was amazing for the fireworks display.

Very quiet, clean, modern property, spacious rooms. Front desk staff wasn’t particularly friendly.

Nice

The hotel is near a shopping street and a train station. The hotel accommodated our anniversary with a champagne. It was a great touch.

The staff in the 17 Degree Rooftop restaurant need proper training.

The breakfast was exceptional! There is a huge selection of food to choose from and everything is delicious! We also enjoyed going up to the bar in the evenings to eat and watch the soccer games. I believe the hotel should provide a daily bottle of water for the room. The beds were hard. It was like sleeping on a concrete floor.

Excellent staff. Hotel quality. Exceptionally clean and great location. Very nice breakfast and breakfast staff.

Beautiful room with an excelent view. Everything was really well-organized and clean. Cozy vibes and very relaxing stay. Room’s air conditioning wasn’t working properly so it didn’t cool down the room as we needed, so it was really hot both at night and specially during the day

Amazing stay! Great location . A few local restaurants just a block away. A supermarket just a block away. The subway station just a block away. Great breakfast! Very kind and helpful staff Na

Cleanness

The facilities were very good, the upstairs coffee shop was also a lifesaver, and the restaurant, although a bit pricey, was also a good option, especially for those of us traveling for work. The breakfast was very complete. The only thing I noticed is that they don't replenish the room's toiletries. I stayed several days and, for example, the coffee capsules weren't replaced, nor were the bags or the water, even when the cleaning service came to clean.

The location, rooms were ok. We chose the hotel because of the beautiful rooftop terrace, but you can only access it if you're having dinner there. If you just want to enjoy a drink, you have to hope there's space on the smaller terrace with uncomfortable chairs.

Location was excellent..walking distance to everything. Plus free parking for motorcycles across the street a bonus. Our room was very comfortable and clean and staff was very accommodating. The bar and rooftop restaurant made me feel on top of the city. Food and drinks were excellent and staff was great. Nothing!

I have stayed at the property three years ago. I had a decent large room with a sweeping view over the entire city. Plus, the 17 Restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast was good too. When I made my reservation, I mentioned that I was a repeat guest, and was asking for a upgrade. When I arrived, I received the Smallest room in the house, a “ Closet” tiny bathroom. I was not happy at all. I like to mentioned, I have been a faithful member of booking.com, yet have not a single free room or any upgrade. I’m not happy about that. I feel neglected.

This hotel is very basic, comfortable. The staff were excellent, and helpful. I would return to this hotel. My only complaint about the hotel was that there was no place in the bathroom for medication bottles etc. A smalll shelf next to the sink would have been most welcome.
