This hotel was perfect for a 3 day stay in Porto. You can walk to the main attractions, while still being out of the main city center and not next to all the noise. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. Our room was very clean and we ended up having an amazing view of the city. We loved having air conditioning to escape the heat and the bathroom was very spacious and clean!

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Porto, lots of trendy shops and art galleries nearby and wonderful cafes. The staff was super attentive and proficient. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone. Just some old installations that would need a bit of renovation.

The hotel is clean. As for location it depends which part of the city you prefer to be close to. We stayed closer to Santa Catarina during our first visit to Porto and this location i liked more. Eurostar das Artes is a walking time from that part of the city. Staff were very helpful and good, rooms were nice and clean. Very good bathroom by the way

The location was adequate. Not far from downtown, but not close either. The closet doors would not open and close. They were very very, very difficult to manage. The bathroom is not designed properly. It also is ageing and you can see it.

Spacious room with wood flooring. Our upper floor room had a good view of the Sao João lanterns and a little bit of the fireworks (although not close) Good breakfast The AC broke for the whole hotel during one night. We opened the window as the air outside was fairly cool, but due to the fireworks, etc. the air was smokey. The next morning when we mentioned to staff that the AC stopped through the night, there was no apology of any sort. They simply explained it was a problem for the whole hotel. Even a “sorry” would have gone a long way. Also, the breakfast room is not wheelchair/stroller accessible. So you need to take a staff elevator into the kitchen. Additionally, there is a set of maybe 6 stairs when you first enter.

Everything was as I expected. Location was perfect, breakfasts were delicious and the bar was cozy. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

It was clean, safe, quiet and refreshing. My room was wonderful with a modern bathroom and large, comfortable bed. The service was exceptional. It is a 20 minute walk from the activities downtown

It would be nice if it had a gym . Nothing else to complain we really enjoyed our accommodation

Very good location I cannot sleep because of the sound from the outside! One of the balcony door was not closing properly at all !! Not so clean room…
