Very good

It’s great!

Cute neighborhood. Reminds me of Soho NY or East Liberty Pittsburgh.

Super cute and tastefully styled. Comfortable. Loved the yoga class. Unfortunately, the spa overbooked and had to cancel my sauna appointment. No phones in rooms. I don’t feel I needed one. Staff were very helpful and kind. Bar and breakfast had great options for adults and my 11 yr old loved the burger. Perfect location and the lounge on 5th floor and gym were great, too! Prices were high for the level of amenities but it was due to the time of year and possibly also World Cup.

Such a cute hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly

The room was small and felt cramped because of the designer's touch of a massive dark blue lounge/sofa/chair which was only good for taking up space and putting clothes on. The TV was centered on the bed, so if one found a seat in the "sitting section" you had a bad angle to look at the screen. The room key to save our planet needed both hands to open the door. The paper products were harsh wherever used. The people at reception desperately need training as well as the door man who forgot that it was his job to open the door for me. As we were leaving for the day, I notified the front desk that we would be returning in late afternoon. When we returned at 4:30, there were three carts in the hall with worker bees chatting away in an unknown language outside our door. When we entered our room we found that it had not been cleaned. We then had to sit in Henry's Room while they cleaned our room. I asked to speak with the manager on three separate occasions and was told he wasn't there. The one shining star was Nolan. He should be made Manager. We have traveled all over the world for many, many years. This is the first time I have been so disappointed that I feel it necessary to express my discontent in our accommodations.

great location and rooms are really nice. Comfortable beds and great showers. Close to everything without being right in the touristy area. I think it is pretty ridiculous this hotel charges an additional 35$ "hotel fee" for "access to the gym, guest pantry, gym, French press, alarm, and town car." It feels like you are getting nickel and dimed on a hotel that already charges a premium. Paying for the ability to get ice or set an alarm is disappointing. Their response that most other hotels do it was not a great response.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were a little tight. The area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy but it was safe.
-
Comfortable, clean, wonderful service including complementary car service and turn down services We didn’t have spoons for the coffee in our room, no breakfast included.

This is an absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel. We were only there one night, but everything was superb. The room was lovely with a beautiful view (a bay view room). The shower was a highlight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best amenity was the town car available to shuttle us around downtown. Looking forward to staying longer next time!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel does have a few food options near by but car service was wonderful as it’s not near most of the restaurants & shops. Overall great hotel!
-
Clean, lovely, and well-located.
-
I loved the selection of teas in room and the evening turn down service. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Old Port, but there are great cafes and restaurants much closer. Would definitely stay again!
-
Lovely property. Upscale without being stuffy. Great food and drinks and lovely ambiance at the bar. Beautiful room if a little small. Great amenities and amazing location. Totally recommend

Cute boutique hotel. Very clean. Extremely nice & attentive staff. Overall wonderful experience. We stayed in the “king suite with sea view” room & it was a bit cramped. Possibly too much furniture or it’s too large for the room. Also, sink water pressure is awful. Shower was luckily way better.
