I had a very pleasant stay at Zitro Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Room comfortable. A/C cool. Window with view. Bathroom clean. Elevator good. Water dispensor at staircase. Reception staff friendly. Entire bathroom wet when taking shower. Glass partition not wide enough. The bathroom sink is inside the shower area, a bit weird. No toothbrush given. Must pay parking.

2. The room is clean, tv good, aircond good, toilet got water heater and got water dispenser also which is very convinient 3. The satff customer service very good & give me early c/in 4. Overrall stay is worth every money 5. For fishing is walking distance only go to beach

It was safe and fairly clean. It’s basically in a strip mall. Not recognized by Grab drivers. The waterfront nearby is on the port rather than the beach. The staff are very friendly and polite but not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped. And the room smelled a little strange to me.
