Swimming pool lamp was out of place.

Great Place!!

Shower floor was disgusting. It needed to be retiled and water/mold like stains needed to be cleaned. The odor of the room was equivalent to a wet towel balled up in a corner. Musty smell. Clothes from a previous renter in drawer. AC unit made screeching noises all night. It was filthy on the outside of the unit. The floor had wear marks. And lastly, the fitted sheet was the wrong size and forced on corners. Blinds on front door broken. I will never stay at this location again.. and for the price it was definitely not worth it.

Clean room, nice staff.

Me and my wife had a nice stay at the this property they had a nice pool, very nice staff, a pretty well stocked kitchen in our room, and very affordable beach buggies which is a big plus. Overall I’d give are stay a 4/5 stars. The only things that took away from our stay, take this with a grain of salt, the water pressure in our room (2nd floor wasn’t that strong in the shower and on our first night when I went to take a shower there was a bug in the shower that scared my wife. I would definitely visit stay here again. Very close to the beach, downtown, gift shops, and a Lowe’s grocery store

Overall good and access to beach

We had a great stay and the room was a great value. The only negative thing is that we had one dog with us and we were charged $58 for one night which I think is way too much. Just a heads up for all you pet owners.

A few small roaches but it was really hot outside. Nothing that couldn’t have been handled

There were pvc pipes and broken pieces on our porch. Room was outdated. There was no hand soap or body wash. Bathroom smelt like urine and it was impossible to close the door all the way. Our front door did not stay locked. Parking was tight. Seashell village came recommended to us by a friend but we will not stay here again.

This use to be such a great place but it needs updated and cleaning. The staff was great just not the property manger. He accused me of breaking the digital door lock when the lock was barely hanging on - even the staff had a hard time opening it and said they had told management but he didn’t listen to them. Also someone was parked in my parking spot the whole time and he told me to ask the person to move as if I knew who it was and I wanted confrontation on my vacation. I will keep my good memories of the place my family and I use to stay at.

Love that it wasn’t to far from the beach. Very convenient. The rooms were clean and staff was amazing and helpful.

Love the rooms. Great place to stay with family. Love the 2 pools. So close to the beach and Port A Pizza! The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi. The TV wouldn’t work, phones or tablets for the kids to use at night after a long day at the beach. I get it that the Wi-Fi is spotty on the island. But,everywhere else we were we had Wi-Fi. Even sitting on the beach with my toes in the sand I got signal! But not in our room. No TV,tablets or phones,at night when you’re winding down after a long day was a little annoying.

Amy was the absolute best part!!!! Love her!!

Property had a nice pool area Our room was cleaned very poorly there was dog hair everywhere couldn’t even sit down it was so filthy we all took showers and left back home 2 1-2 hours

Bad experience, we rented the 2 room loft suite which is advertised that will fit up to 8 people. It was 6 of us having to share 1 small outdated bathroom, we also had to share the bedrooms with the spiders they keep. Sofa bed was with a dirty mattress (if you could call that a mattress) no soft spots since you could only feel the spring coils. Pictures showing the property seemed pretty far from how everything really looks made to deceive people. This place should not be called a resort, amenities available or lack of them makes this more of a motel type of place. We ended up leaving after just one night and paying for 2. Will never book this place again, also be ready for the rude lady checking in people and the lack of WiFi. This experience makes Hotels.com looking like a bad option to book in a stay in the properties they show as options since they’re allowing false information under the property descriptions. A refund should be given to us after such terrible experience.
