Motel 6 Pomona, CA - Los Angeles

No microwave, fridge, not a lot of towel. But that's what the $ can reach. I understand that. It be nice if they can make some adjustments. Other than it's great!

I did not get a key to the room. The room did not have covers on the bed and my daughter had bite. All over her.

I am very disappointed with how my stay has been handled. My reservation was confirmed for July 28 through July 30. During my stay, my room key stopped working because my reservation apparently was not being handled correctly. At the front desk, I was first told my reservation could not be found and then told I needed to check in again despite already having checked in. Later, another employee repeatedly told my companion that we needed to pay even though our stay had already been paid for. The most concerning incident occurred when a housekeeper entered our occupied room without knocking or announcing herself. She appeared surprised that we were inside and asked whether we were checking out. This was a serious invasion of our privacy. I also received an automated message thanking me for my stay and requesting a review, which makes it appear that my reservation may have been mistakenly marked as checked out. These repeated errors caused unnecessary stress, embarrassment, and a loss of privacy. I would appreciate an explanation of what happened and request appropriate compensation for the disruption to our stay.

Do not stay here, bedbugs were terrible got little red marks all over, Saw them all over bed in middle of the night. The only thing nice was the staff.

Needed a place to.stay the night .. and in n out across the street. There was no comp items like body wash and shampoo just the little bottles would have been nice ... but just one hand sopa. Also there was a spider i had to kill on the bed ,stain on the blinds

Very dirty, no towels, very stinky, shower was nasty and didn't work, will never stay here again

For a Motel 6, quite a pleasant surprise. Old growth trees throughout the property provided an almost serene atmosphere. I'm guessing the motel was only 50% booked or so, so that really helped for a quieter experience. Checking in and out were quick and easy with friendly staff.

Rude and not up to par not really clean found hair and crumbs like they didn't sweep or mop and also crackedheads staying there and prostitutes staying there

My door key kept locking me out of my room

Nothing, we had to leave a day early we could not stay longer not safe as well! Bugs n Bugs. Our whole baggage was infested with cockroaches. Outside filled with cigarettes butts, foul smell.
