A perfect place to stay in lakeside Pokhara. The owners are very friendly and kind. We came back 3 times inbertween treks and they always let us keep our extra luggage safely with them and always kept a room available for our return. It’s quite and just off the main road so is peaceful and has a view of the lake on the roof terrace which is also a bonus!

It's always a pleasure to stay at Santana when I'm in Pokhara. Surya, the owner, is very helpful and professional, and the place is very clean. It's a great budget option in North Lakeside. It's a little away from the main road, so it's quieter at night than many options. There's a rooftop terrace. You can fill water your water bottle in their kitchen too. The water is solar-heated but there is an option to ask the owner to turn on the geyser. Bear in mind it's a budget option so don't expect a 5-star hotel, but all you'd expect/want from a budget option. There is no food option, but you have no shortage of those around here. The owner and his family and lovely and totally trustworthy. You can feel safe and looked after at Santana. Maybe a desk/workstation in the room would be nice, but that's asking a lot for this price. There is always the roof terrace and a place next to the office if you need to work at a table. The rear windows in my room need replacing I think and some of the beds are hard. The internet can be a little slow and even on and off depending on where you are in the guesthouse.

Lovely rooms, decent price, and experienced tours available. Overall a very good hotel in an excellent location. I only left because I found an apartment with 'low season deal' (access to a kitchen!).

The family of the hostel was incredible kind and helpful . Always a smile and wishing me a beautiful day. The room was clean and if I needed something they arranged it for me immediately. Very happy with the location, only a view minutes from the lakeside with all the restaurants. Nothing :)

Good value for the price (I took a private room with common bathroom) The owner is very nice I booked a bus ticket back to Pokhara through him (company Newroad travels & tours) and everything went fine

Nice room, comfortable bed, beautiful view from terrace on rooftop

The perfect place to stay for a few days or longer! The rooms are comfortable, clean and very quiet! You can spend time on the roof terrace without having to consume anything. The owners will help you with everything you need. The lake, restaurants and shops are just a few meters away. Opposite is a small climbing garden. We came with our bikes and were able to store them safely here. It was the best hotel so far on our trip through Nepal. You can stay here very comfortably and beautifully for very reasonable prices! Thank you very much for everything!

This place became my home in Pokhara for almost 2 weeks. A simple and very affordable room, friendly and helpful family, plenty of privacy, excellent location. The room has a fan, shower has hot water. The terrace has nice views over the lake and there's a monastery that offers yoga classes just up the hill. One-two minute walk to several great breakfast places that offer healthy and organic food. The owner is happy to have a chat with you and can also arrange different activities and tickets for you, such as Annapurna cable car and bus tickets, very convenient! I am happy I stayed there. Sometimes the hot water can only be available during day time (happened once during my stay), and the WiFi is not very reliable. The restaurants nearby have good WiFi though if something has to be done.

Amazing staff. Family owned and operated. They are so welcoming and loving. Hot water and shower is great! Room is perfect size and I personally love a harder bed which this place had so happy with that. Easy to organise guides, cars etc. Not much to say! The place is great. There was a slight scent in my bathroom which I didn’t love but no real complaints.
