The breakfast was good, but I've had better. The shower was always hot and overall good, but made the rest of the bathroom wet.

The location as it was right in the centre and the size of the room was good for 3 people. It was easy to get transport and walk around the streets with shops. The receptionists were really nice. The cleanliness and amenities inside the room could be better. The bedsheets were not that clean. The duvet cover had some stains. Only one of the housekeepers wasn't very pleasant to talk to but the rest were nice. She was the only exception (didn't catch her name)

Hotel Fewa Trip is an amazing hotel! They were so accomodating to our needs and even stored our bags as we went trekking. We really enjoyed our two nights there and would recommend!

Nice hotel, beautiful rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. I felt very comfortable. The dining area is open and cold. Everyone was having breakfast in their winter jacket (January). A nice buffet breakfast was served when the hotel had high occupancy. When it dropped, à la carte menu was served (without warning), so had to choose meal and wait which was disappointing after having had beautiful breakfast buffet the days before. I also ordered room service for diner which took over an hour to arrive, without communicating about it or apparent reason. Wifi connection was slow and very unstable. Solution was found by very helpful staff after a couple of days. It would have been nice to offer free airport shuttle.
