Hotel Yatri

Wonderful location, with the room, as well as terrace providing excellent views to the Himalayan mountains, especially in the morning if the weather permits. Very accommodating and friendly owner and staff. The hotel provided a good breakfast as well. We can recommend staying at Yatri hotel if you are in Pokhara.

Excellent hotel management system, very disciplined. Staff is very friendly, everyone is very polite, caring and the cooking is excellent.

Overall good experience ?

Can you imagine how much his information helped my travel plans and I could be proactive in finding the solutions? Their breakfast was delicious and I loved Masala tea (one of the best I had in Nepal). The hotel location is perfect. It is 8mins walk to the tourist bus station and nice walking distance to Fewa lake. I'd also like to say Big thank you to Chandra who made sure our taxi is coming for Salangkot at 4:15AM!! and to Ashok who dealt with requests.

The size room is very spacious. But our room is at 4th floor, no lift there ? you have to climb stairs.

Very nice hotel in a central part of Pokhara, close to tourist bus station where all touristic buses from other cities arrive, also nearby lake. Hotel building is high, so living in upper floors give you a beautiful panoramic views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided us early breakfast despite the fact that usually they serve it only from 7 AM. The room was big and comfortable. Not recommended for those who do not like climbing upstairs as there is no elevator.

Everything Nothings

We are giving maximum points due to the amazing customer service and friendliness and availability of the staff. When we arrived, we found a very clean room. The toilet especially was spotless, the was not even a limescale spot on the sink or shower, everything seemed brand new and super shiny. The only issue we had was with the bed, which was stained, and we found a few hair in it. The staff had been truly apologetic about that, changed the linens right away, also offered to change the room, but we didn't find it was necessary because once the bedding was fixed everything else was perfect. The staff also intervened unprompted on our third night to quiet down the people in the room next to us, which were being loud during the night. We really appreciate that. Every morning we had delicious breakfast, toast and omlette, plus either fresh fruits or super tasty potatoes. They also accommodated us to have breakfast on our last day even though we had to leave very early and had to eat before official breakfast time. The water was very warm and with amazing water pressure, and the internet was fast. The ac worked perfectly, and we were able to warm up the room if needed. The bed was very comfy. Overrall we had a great experience here, the staff truly seemed to care about the well-being of their guests, thank you so much.

The room was spacious, excellent views, nice breezes in day time and ac made it comfortable at night. The staff was pleasant and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They even served my delicious breakfast on the terrace. Nothing/ 5 floors no lift if needed.

Room was very spacious and had balcony.see mountain view from balcony.Hotel staffs were very polite and service was top notch. Hotel is located at the city center with excellent connectivity. Less than 5 minute walking distance to the main street. Breakfast was good. Loved it. Will definitely recommend.

Bad

It was one of the best in this price range. Not that far from the lake and the tourist attractions, great hosts and helpful, fast WiFi and good hot water shower. Definitely recommend this place and if I come back, I will stay here again. The same breakfast every day and no fruits which most hotels are providing.

A great budget hotel, with everything you need on budget. I had a fan room and the room was always cool enough, in August. There was a great bathroom with constant hot water. Occasional power cut, but this is usual for Nepal. The inclusive breakfast is okay, especially as they serve it to your balcony or room. So you can way the Himalayas while eating. Dragon Mart on the corner sells everything you need. Hungry Bite, opposite Dragon Mart, has incredibly cheap and great crispy chicken rothi. Nothing

Exceptional

The owner met me on arrival and treated me great. When I asked for a quiet room, he set me on the quiet back side. Later 2 people checked in across the hall so he offered to move me to new room on a higher floor that just became available. His son even waited for me to pack up and insisted on carrying my bag. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless with tile and ceramic sink and toilet that looked sparkling new. Water was hot. The bed was bigger than a queen, probably a king. Mattress was thick and comfortable. It was the quietest night I've had in Nepal (no barking dogs!) and I slept great. I opted for dinner (Dal Bhat) which was excellent. The breakfast was also great. On checkout I was treated like a friend instead of a client. Totally pleasant experience.

Nice staff helping the trecking plan. Great himalayan view and nice breakfast. Convenient location near the lake. No lift. But staff helped carrying luggage.

View from balcony Room was dirty and found cockroaches around the bed. We stayed for 2 nights. Second day we asked them to clean our room but they only changed bins, bathroom were in same condition not even bedsheets were changed they just tucked in old ones it was very itchy around the bedside corners it was too dusty. Around the dressing table there was the stain of blood on the wall. so next day we moved to another place. If they mention their hygiene and cleanliness it would be a great place to stay. All the staffs were very friendly and kind.
