The location because it was close to Walmart It was dirty, when I was given the room. There were boogers on the wall.. the shower barely functioned and it was a really small shower.. I felt scammed.

Location and parking availability, bed is comfortable Badly stained towels, humidity smell in the room, really loud noise from staff next to our window in the early morning, not even a blanket

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Was exactly as described. Staff was very courteous and helpful (the hotel as well as the coffee shop). Location is great ...15 min or so walk to the beach, but close to alot of restaurants on 10th, 5th, etc. Great for solo travelers and couples.

Very noisy right next to a main highway. Walls are so thin you can hear everything from outside as well as from those above, below and beside. We left after one night.

Very clean, located in a convenient part of town where everything is at, good for the price.

This room has good Wi-Fi. Is located near the supermarket and local services. It's about a 20-minute walk to downtown Playa. Noise during nap time can be super frustrating, especially when you're trying to recharge

I liked location as it wasn’t far from the strip , 5th ave , great for the ADO bus station , so easy to get a bus back to the AirPort . Generaly Quiet , good little bar on top floor , two small pools .the staff i met were very good . Would have been nice to have a fridge , the place does need as spruce up for sure , but for me it’s was good .

Price was cheap but later we found other facilities that were the same price but better quality The only somewhat nice sitting area up on the roof including the bar and restaurant closed very early, so there was nowhere to relax at night. Traffic noise outside. No free coffee or tea. Breakfast consist of two choices.
