Near the beach, quiet, hot water, clean, new looking and feeling, nice balcony, good amount of space, good Wi-Fi, No bath soap or shampoo just a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom. No coffee / tea/ sugar in the room no kettle to boil water. Basically an empty room with one soap dispenser in the toilet. No way to contact reception. No signs pointing to reception when you first walk in. No offer of breakfast. It felt you were alone. Maybe I’m asking for too much but the price was more than 90 a night so I was expecting some sort of service or to be offered breakfast or a coffee even if I had to pay for it.

Beautifully and uniquely decorated. 1 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The wifi was very slow.

Very clean! Paid for a private balcony with a hot tub. The walk way is infront of all the rooms so there is no privacy with the guests/staff or anybody walking through the place. Was given an alternative when the hot tub was not working but there was hardly any communication on if it was fixed and when the maintenance would come. There was also no way to communicate when you were home and if you wanted your roomed clean so the cleaning service walked in on me even when I asked to not come into the studio. The staff were very cold and helped very little there were no hellos/welcomes/safe trip/ hope you are enjoying your stay. When asking for anything it felt like pulling teeth. This is a family spot so be prepared for screaming children running around.

Everything was excellent! The studios are in perfect condition—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, and the location is exceptional—just a short walk to Plaka Beach. We will definitely choose this accommodation again and highly recommend it for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Naxos!

The location is good and close to restaurants and the beach but it is a little hard to access with luggage due to the road condition (gravel/sand) We did not get the room we booked. We stayed in the property for 2 nights and they put us in 2 different rooms each night because there was an “accident” with the room we booked and they had to keep it for someone else… The room they put us in the second night was claimed to be “nicer” but the hot tub didn’t work so it was disappointing all around. I would have preferred a refund to stay in the less nice room they put us in and actually been able to unpack a little, rather than having to move to another room that still wasn’t what we booked.

Everything about the place is great! The rooms, the facilities, the gardens, the location close to the beach and restaurants. Once again an amazing stay! Nothing

The location The room was extremely small, the bathroom small and for the room we rented, the pictures didn’t look like our room. The rooms are very close and on your back patio you can see several others.

Great value for the location

Beautiful garden and little warm dip bath. One block from beautiful beach. Little room.. .tiny kitchen and showerroom in king bed apartment. Jacuzzi loud pump at night had to be stopped for sleeping.

The host met us at the hotel property to show us the keys and room. This seems to be a family-run establishment. It is located in a fabulous location a couple minutes walk from the beach. The property itself is beautifully landscaped with flowers and flowering bushes everywhere. There wasn't a view of the beach from our room as our suite was on the ground floor. We had a family suite with accommodated us 5 wonderfully. The shower/toilet room was a bit small but it didn't bother us. The sink is in the main section of the suite. It is an open area with a kitchen. We had a full size refrigerator with a freezer for our own use. Since there are only windows on one side of the suite there was lighting everywhere to make the rooms bright and cheery. We had an outdoor patio with a dip pool for our private use. Since we were there in Naxos at the beginning of the peak season not a lot of restaurants were open. But there was one just down the road, about a 10 minute walk that was great. Also, they have a laundry service at the property which we utilized. A shorter espresso cup that fit under the espresso machine would have been nice. The mugs were too tall so I had to use a bowl. Also, a couple of oven mitts would have been helpful as we did a lot of cooking during our stay.

Location was excellent and the grounds were beautiful. The apartment was nicely decorated and was perfect for us. We could have used some toiletries in the shower/bathroom - which were indicated as part of the apartment when booked.

Exceptional

Property location ideal...few minutes walk from beautiful Plaka Beach and restaurants. Room equipped with all you might need. Hot tub was good size and surroundings were green and clean. Nothing, it was a pleasant stay.

the location, five minutes walk to Paka beach. With great restaurants. diving operators. Beautiful gardens and privacy. Wifi, there is no reliable Wifi on the property. Our Deluxe room had a tiny kitchette that was really too small to be useful. we had trouble with our room's AC, but they had it fixed the same day. We had booked the room many months before but on arrival we had to take an upgraded room and then move to our room the next day. It may not sound terrible, but we had been travelling for three months and we're looking forward to unpacking and not repacking for our stay.

Everything!! The property is amazing, great location, well maintained and just great! Absolutely nothing.
