Great location! Nice amenities! Clean and great location
-
Clean rooms with nice views of Lawrenceville. Great location - walk to restaurants, bars, and shops in 5 minutes. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a nice perk. Friendly staff (shout out to the valets).
-
The most comfortable bed ever! Felt like I was sleep on a cloud.
-
Couple things damaged in room. Lobby coffee would be nice. Only valet not great.

Very good
-
Wish the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave No ice machine on the floors

We checked in late around 10pm, as we entered the room there was bad smell and bathroom door was broken. The front desk refused to anything about it… they did not change our room, nor send someone to look at it. I thought next morning someone will come but no one came so we finally checkout and found another hotel Terrible experience - if anything goes wrong, they don’t take care of it

Blackout shades did not lower completely, made it very difficult sleep in morning :( only complaint

Great facility. The room had everything we needed and overall the hotel has a great aesthetic. We loved the rooftop bar - fantastic view. Very convenient location, a short drive from Pitt. We were traveling with our dog and the hotel was very welcoming. Only downside was noise from traffic as our room was in the 40th street side. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was ideal for access to transportation to and from the stadium.

Great location. Easy to get to from rt28.

Room was clean beds small for family of 4 some staff helpful, front desk not able to answer most of our questions about surrounding area or other services at hotel (ex. Valet parking). Overall good stay for 1 night.

Close to Hillman Cancer Center where we had an appointment. Price was reasonable , much less than the other hotels around . The room was nice , clean and beds were comfortable . Valet parking outside was charging $32 for a day. I walked about 2 blocks to park .

There is no room service, and housekeeping only services the room once every three days. No one smiles. I don’t expect everyone to be cheerful all the time, but when every employee looks miserable and annoyed at a place meant to welcome travelers, it is not a good look. This hotel is not cheap. The décor is decent and hip, but that does not make up for the complete lack of service and staff training. It feels like a hostel or Airbnb disguising itself as a hotel. I will definitely not return, and I strongly recommend that others do not stay here unless you enjoy overpaying for hostel-level service at hotel prices.

Overall it was a one night stay and the experience was great! May come back again.

We were on the second floor, and the music from the rooftop wedding was extremely loud in our room and continued until after 10 PM. After a long, busy day of moving our daughter in, all we wanted to do was shower, relax, and get a good night’s sleep. We completely understand that weddings are part of the hotel experience, but the volume made it difficult to unwind. The second issue was that our toilet stopped working. When I called the front desk, I was told that maintenance was not available on weekends. While I understand staffing limitations, having a non-functioning toilet with no maintenance available was frustrating. Overall, it was a fair stay, but considering the price we paid, I expected a better experience. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration, as the location and overall property have a lot of potential.
