Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall

In most hotel stays, our family of four needs at least one set of towels for our room and this one did, too. However, they were on it and as soon as we were able to get into our room, they delivered. Our whole stay was excellent. It's close to the airport but you are not kept awake with the arrival and departure of planes all hours of the day. The room and hotel were amazingly clean. This is a great place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh!

The air conditioner for room #109 does not work and the room was hot.

Great location, clean facilities, spacious accommodations, and delicious food.

The hotel was clean and convenient to shopping and dining. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Fridge was little dirty, shower could have used a little touch up. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly

Very early in the morning there was a loud garbage truck or parking lot sweeper being run outside. It went on for quite a while.

Very nice hotel near the airport. 25 min. drive to the city. Room was super clean. All 0422-1077

The first girl when I came at three, said that was going to be a delay in check-in almost an hour and said she wasn’t sure all my room needed to do was be checked. It was clean.. after already having a long hard day that’s not something that you wanna hear and then to be felt like oh I don’t know when I’m gonna get checked in kind of sucked But when I came to check in at 3:30 the young lady was so absolutely nice and so helpful. She got right on there had my room checked. I was checked in within 10 minutes her and we shared a story. She was absolutely amazing. she made everything and made me feel at ease and I even got a complementary breakfast for waiting so I just wanna say to that young lady that checked me in at 3:30 at the shift change on Saturday you guys need to get her a bonus or some stars because she was so patient and so amazing and so nice and I cannot believe I cannot remember her name was Alexa or Erin.

Not enough towels and no good TV stations.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and super helpful. The shuttle to the airport runs every half an hour, and having the restaurant open for breakfast and dinner was great.

Bed was comfortable. Lots of choices to eat around property if you wanted to use restaurants aside from the one inside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

NONE. Breakfast was horrible!Fake scrambled eggs from a box and OJ! Go to First Watch, the restaurant serves real eggs and OJ. Pancake seemed to be mixed with glue bcs. it sticks at roof of my mouth. The room is NOT quiet! We could hear LOUD noises (motor cycles, 18 wheelers and trucks) from the highway. It is much quieter outside than the room ?
