Large spacious room, wheelchair accessible, homey. The fridge in the room was a little noisy at night when trying to sleep. Could've done without - would've preferred to use the communal fridge outside.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There was proper fresh milk in the fridge. The bedding and towels were lovely. The hosts are friendly and obliging. The family dog is gorgeous. The location is convenient for Perthshire as a whole and there are great views down to the River Tay. The fresh, hot croissants at breakfast were delicious.

Hosts are brilliant, made us feel so welcome. Rooms were bigger than I had expected so bonus and breakfast was delicious. Nothing everything perfect

This was in a handy location for me. It was very clean and the hosts were helpful. I was in a room that was below ground level so was dark. I was only staying one night so it wasn’t much of a problem. If you were staying for a few days it might be a problem. I think it should be made clear when you’re booking.

Extremely welcoming hosts and a very clean and all you need for a home away from home weekend away! Views from the bedroom were fabulous. Would definitely recommend a visit. Liked everything

The room was perfect! With everything ones could need during their stay. Big wide windows, perfectly manageable heating, huge bathroom with a classic baths and enough space for an entire family of 4! Everything was very clean and well in order with enough parking space Absolutely nothing

Loved the lounge and breakfast room, such a beautiful view. The bedroom was a great size and the beds were comfortable. I've noticed this in a few guest houses in recent years, the products used to clean the bedsheets has a really strong aroma, which I really struggle with.
