Power kept on turning off in my room, but we were moved to a different upgraded room. It is a great place to stay. That was the only inconvenience, but they were quick to help us.

The reviews on Expedia show this hotel as a nine out of 10 scoring excellent. I found that to be a reach. As far as location it is a nine out of 10 with the beach walking distance, but that’s where it ends. The rooms are old with nonfunctioning Jacuzzi tubs. Very basic. With the old furniture. The hotel states that there is free breakfast for clarification. It’s a continental style breakfast where you grab and go. I would say if you are into location and want to be close to the beach with small kids then this might be a good value for you. If you’re looking for a nice nicely decorated clean room this is not the hotel for you.

The close access to where I wanted to be in walking distance Being on floor level is was noisy and people had loud conversations on the way to the beach so couldn't really have a window open. I could also hear upstairs neighbor byt glad they got quiet around 10pm

This place is right on the beach. And the view from our room was beautiful. Pretty sunsets. The Jacuzzi was closed on our last night and morning. We chose the Edgewater for the Hot tub and pool so that was disappointing.

The location is great! A few blocks from shopping, food, entertainment and a staircase away from the beach. Nothing that I didn't like just felt it needed some updating. We booked the Executive Suite mainly for the view and amenities and was disappointed by the fridge size and lack of a cooking top. It may have been my fault but a misunderstanding of an Executive Suite and a Single room Suite which we stayed in before.
