El hotel es muy bueno, sorprendió ver un Days Inn tan limpio y moderno, la piscina se le salía un poco la pintura y el desayuno no estaba muy bueno solo por eso no le doy las 5 estrellas pero en todo lo demás me gustó mucho.

I would not recommend for a family getaway! Our room was next to permanent residents living on the property. They were outside all hours of the night, very loud! Breakfast eggs were slimy, ram out of milk two days, didn’t have enough room to accommodate everyone in lobby but would change $15 if you left the lobby area, hot tub wasn’t hot. Staff was told.pool was cloudy and dirty Had to hunt somebody down to get towels. The beds are super uncomfortable and only had sheets not blankets. Staff in the office, and breakfast area was nice and helpful but everyone else on the property wasn’t. This was just a few things. There was more! Wanted to leave the first night but couldn’t find anything to accommodate our party.

We rented 3 rooms and they were great. Air conditioning worked extremely well no problems. Breakfast was always fresh and hot. Pool was always nice and cleaned. I have no complaints will visit again

Worst experience at a hotel. Room smelled like smoke, was dirty, holes in the walls, no toilet paper. The entire outside of the room smelled like marijuana.

We got to the room and we got the suite that had two rooms. The rooms were nasty. There was no trash cans. Sheets had paint on them. One of the ac unit did not work at all a second one started pouring water on day 2. There was a mc meeting there and they were in the parking lot drinking smoking weed loud music till almost midnight. The our neighbor was seating outside smoking weed which caused our room to smell like it. There was black mold on the ceiling. Outside patios were never cleaned and were nasty. Beds and pillows were highly uncomfortable. The only reason for the one star is because it was in a good location to Dollywood which was our purpose for trip.

Location close to stores The bed, the noise

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Floors halfway in didn’t look like it had been mopped, microwave was missing knobs. Only one light besides the bathroom. Beds were not comfy at all. Elevator either smelled of pot or cigarettes.

The owners were nice Had the patio to ourselves because the room next door was getting redone (but wasn’t locked up so kind of scary) The staff was rude The elevators take forever (if you can even find them) workers won’t help with nothing but owners were nice

Location The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a box spring without a mattress. The air conditioner barely worked and was so loud. The parking lot was full of broken glass and smelled like pot. A staff member keep staring at my teenage girls while they were walking back from the pool.

The only thing good about this place was location and the COOKOUT next door?‍♀️ When we first arrived it was pretty late, 1 am I think. Mind you front desk staff was kinda rude and seemed completely checked out. We checked in and headed to our room. It was a tad bit sketchy but we were tired and over looked it. Well not for long, we opened our door to find a completely dirty and slept in room. So I went back and was given a new room, no apologies she didn't even seem shocked. Next room is cleaner I should say, aside from the weird smell. There was no microwave, the remote was wrapped in blue electrical tape and the socket was pulled out the wall. The plastic wrap that clearly says remove before using was left on all the lamps. There wasn't even proper blankets in the rooms and two pillows per bed. This was a last minute trip I'll admit and I should have read the reviews better. But come on, I'm pretty sure there was a dope boy selling out of a room, no lights in the sketchy paths to the rooms. Couldn't see out the windows due to dirty glass. The only thing that was remotely good was the location and the fact there was a Cookout next door! They have signs that tell you, you have to eat in dinning room. If you take food out there's a 15$ charge applied. When asked why, "because people take 5-10 plates to there rooms" . Definitely worst hotel I have ever stayed in, hands down.

Nothing Very dirty, found some bugs ( cockroaches) stain on linen and very bad smell.

We loved the breakfast. Lots of good options- we were delighted! We were really bummed to find our room dirty. Floors were sticky, no trash bags for the trash cans, and the locks on the doors didn’t work or didn’t exist.

Great breakfast, easy check in even with us needing to check in early due to having oxygen in our car they made sure to accommodate us. Rooms were nice too

The location was great! When we first arrived, the $75 deposit was not mentioned in my booking. We checked in and was sent to a room that had someone else in it, we were then sent to another room and was told that we would receive some of our money back since we paid for a bigger room and didn’t get it. We didn’t receive any money back. The new room had what looked like cigarette ashes on the bed when we walked in, the top lock on the door was broke off which is a nightmare with a toddler and there was water from the tub all in the floor.

The lock on the door was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken. The floor never dried. The hot tub was cold. We had two queen beds, no blankets. Three people and only two towels.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

It was close to everything I don’t like that you don’t have your own personal parking spot when you get back in the evening nowhere to park we had to park clear across the parking lot down from us. I didn’t like that.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

It was located in the heart of the town The tub had been poorly repaired was rougher than sandpaper the mini fridge had food left in it from last renter was not cleaned properly and had a odor throughout building only bright side was pool
