All Season Suites

When returning to the check index, the manager was incredible. With their lack of regret or apology, I came down with photographs and videos showing that it was their hotel, coming in from the outside through the hallway and up to the bed, and how filthy these things were. You could see these stains a mile away on top of the bed. i thought this certainly had to be an isolated event, but we had reserved 3 rooms, because it was a large group of us and they were coming down with complaints without us even communicating with each other. They were disgusted with how their rooms and bathrooms looked like.We demanded an imediate refund and booked three other rooms at the Walden hotel. i don't know if you can imagine just how much work and how time consuming that was to unload all of our luggage and belongings to bring into a room that none of us could stay in, only to have to repack everything back ito our cars and van only to do it over again at the Walden Hotel. i could not good conscience. Recommend this place to a stray dog or cat. it is obvious that they orchestrate their own reviews. Don't believe it. RUN FAST. I guess this explains why no cars in lot.

Not bad, but not great. Rooms were clean and had no problems. It is more of an apartment feel then hotel. Would be a good place if staying for multiple nights or for work trip because of the in room kitchen. Breakfast was standard continental spread. I would stay again.

Nice suite, everything needed was there

I could never get hot water for a shower. The room was nice and big. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but old and could use a few repairs.

Clean room, check in was easy and was given all the information about everything at check in

Breakfast could be better sausage and gravy were not good. Bed room and living room were clean. Kitchen micro wave etc. could be cleaner.

Very nice motel,4 minutes from Dollywood wery spacious Suite with all the thinagain. Need to make our stay conformable. Will stay there again...

Our room at a huge red stain on the carpet and the place was very run down. I don’t underStand how it got the rating that it has. The only good thing is if I had my family it has a kitchen and living room. But it’s not ventilated enough I could smell peoples cooking walking down the hall. Would not stay here again.

the air conditioner in the room needed to be worked on as it did not keep the room cool and dry, the staff was great, breakfast was not as good as it could have been, the room was clean but the air conditioning left a musky smell in the room

Perfect place

Clean room, clean motel, clean pool, staff was nice, breakfast was delicious !!!!!!!

I love the size of the room and the kitchen they had it was super clean and really nice they brought me extra towels with out me even asking and they were super friendly with us and the breakfast was really nice I got to make my own pancakes my kids absolutely loved it

Could not understand the man at desk

The location was amazing, staff were friendly, the room was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking along the river walk right near the hotel.

outdated, and uncomfortable

Customer care is excellent. The location is amazing. We were minutes from everywhere without the traffic. We felt very safe. My only complaint is breakfast. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. 2 cereals, mini muffins, toast and waffles every day for 5 days. No change up and it's lack luster at best. No healthy offerings.
