Hotel Las Piechowice

Pool and jacuzzi free of charge was perfect. Old beds and furnishings. No toiletries in the bathroom except for liquid soap.

We liked the homemade sweet bakery at breakfast, and nice breakfast in general. The swimming pool is AMAIZING for the kids! The nature was AMAIZING! Trails walking distance, the waterfall. The view from our bedroom was really good :) We RELLY liked how there was a cat just walking around :) it was nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The eggs at breakfast weren't fully done, the kids prefer well done eggs. We didn't like, that the beds in our bedroom weren't the same hight :( The lift was soooo sloooow... AND we REALLY EXTREMLY didn't like that we couldn't jump in the pool :(

Breakfast was great, especially the pancakes. You can take a really nice walk straight from the hotel, no need to drive, if you don't want to. Parking is paid, so beware of that. The beds are very uncomfortable. And there was like 10 cm gap between the beds, so not that great for couples. The floors are all tiles. So it's cold and noisy. Speaking of cold, there is no way to adjust heating in the room. It wasn't cold for my taste, but I can see it would be an issue for some. If you want to use the sauna, you have to be in swim suite (it is right next to the pool, with no visual separation). That is a big no for me. And it is a shame, because they have a small but good cooling pool. It probably had the most distant staff, I experienced in hotel. Not rude or anything, but we didn't feel welcomed. And yeah the biggest flaw for me - there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom!!! Even after we asked for it at the reception. Never happened to me in a 3* hotel. Is this normal?

Excellent location - just in the forest, clean fresh air, good views, a few walk trails nearby The good spa zone: the sauna and swimming pool were very pleasant to use, clean, with enough space. Very nice breakfast and tasty food in the restaurant too, and acceptable prices Rooms require a bit of renovation: cold floor, creaking beds, small roller blinds instead of regular curtains, old sofas etc.

I really liked the clean pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room facilities. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a balcony overlooking the forest. The toilet was very big too and everything was clean. I was very impressed. Nothing

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly male at the reception. Most staff were friendly but soon realised that not many staff members could speak English but we managed. The area where the hotel is located is stunning, beautiful scenery. Breakfast was served in the dining room which was beautifully decorated with lots of choice of breakfast items to cater for everyone, even my fussy son. The restaurants in the town were absolutely amazing and we loved the gift shops on every corner. Our room was generously sized with a little balcony. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Bonus for the hotel cat, my son is autistic and adores furry animals. Not everything was clean. There were 2 fish tanks at the reception but they were quite dirty. Rooms on the photos were not what we got, it would be great if all different room photos were advertised. The photos show a room with carpet but what we got was a tiled floor. Swimming room - let's start with lockers. Very outdated. The swimming pool area has windows all around (sides and roof) but one smashed window on one side, a cracked window on the other side. The roof windows were leaking so every time it rained (out of 4 days at the hotel, 2 of those days was raining) we had rain dropped on us. Locker keys were requested at the reception which most days was absolutely fine apart from our last full day where I was asked many questions in regards if I am a visitor at the hotel or just wandered in. Dinner- you would think they would use their great dining room but no. For some reason they used their bar area with only a few tables. The food was the biggest disappointment. We were charged the same price as restaurants outside of the hotel and I had to say it was a failure.

- really friendly staff — great customer service at the desk and restaurant - good location - food in restaurant value for money - SPA service - hotel need updates as deco and furniture is from 90’ - !!!! the worst is swimming with cold water, really not pleasant - comment from guard “ if you are not happy you don’t need to use “ I choose so this hotel so my kid can spend evening on swimming so this comment pity me on fore - things like tea and kettle should be as standard in room - shower gel could be provide as standard in room

Very to hiking routes, nice calm place to rest, swimming pool in case of bad weather, tennis court, lots of parking spaces, big and clean room, staff is very nice, helpful. Additional bed hadn't had comfortable pillow, restaurant serves dinner up to 8.30 pm only, it's not clear restaunt is self service or not.
