The hallway and elevator was so freaking hot! The elevator can’t possibly be up to code. The hair conditioner was completely out. It’s even has a side view to see how much is left so it’s obviously plain laziness and poor attention to detail. Breakfast is normally really good but this time was not so good. The poor worker was all by himself and there was a lot people waiting. Coffee wasn’t ready and we went down 30 mins after breakfast started. Pool was still out of commission. We usually stay there once a month. Though the rooms are dated we usually stay here for the great breakfast and clean rooms. A total miss this time. Guess we will look for some place else to stay.

Roch motel. Don’t stay unless you like bugs.
-
Breakfast was decent and AC worked well.
-
Everything but the pool was great.
-
The staff was nice about canceling reservations and helpful.. That the hotel wasn't clean and swimming pool wasn't able to use.

The girl working the front desk that evening was exceptional! So helpful and happy. She seems to love her job and went out of her way to make sure my stay was good. Management: please keep this one happy.

Arrived at 8pm toilet was clogged. They bright me a plunger and told me to plunge only what could be described as the last person excrement. Lock on the door broken. And they gave me a whole 5 dollars back a night. They made me move to a different room in the middle of the night.

First of all, top-notch, lovely staff. They are this hotel’s best asset. Aside from that, this is a property in which the pictures look much better than the actual property. Our room smelled like human urine. Normally, I would not deal with such a room, but we were extremely tired and needed to attempt to get a few hours of sleep. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a large cobweb in the room. Generally, everything in the room is very old and on the verge of falling apart. The breakfast was unsatisfying, had few offerings, and the area was generally dirty. This hotel deepened my appreciation for other hotels in which you can tell the corporation has more concern for their reputation.

Loved my stay
-
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Could be more Scrambled eggs and bacon. Bacon was refilled 5-6 slices at a time.
-
Our room had hair strands and potato chips on the floor. Room service didn't clean the bathroom floor. The property looks run down.
-
Suite was a good size but furniture seemed like it was scratched up by a cat and there wasn’t much of a variety when it came to their breakfast. A lot of condiments weren’t available.
-
Loved our stay! rooms were clean and spacious
-
Good value, clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast.
-
Breakfast was hard to do, because staff couldn't keep up with demand. We stayed here 4 nights and needed new towels being a family of 5 and had to ask multiple times to get some new towels
-
En los 15 días que estuve ahí solamente limpiaron la habitación tres veces tuve que reclamar en la administración para que fueran a limpiar
-
I wasn’t expecting a place that people would be living there long term. I expected a hotel not a apartment complex
-
We didn't really use anything because of the thought of finding a roach. This place needs alot of attention, cleaniness wasn't how we expected. Alot of human nails and hair were present, it was just an awful experience. Never staying at this place again!
-
Overall the hotel needs an update and a good deep cleaning. There’s definitely a lingering cigarette smell in Building 2. The room was ok. Queen bed with a pullout sofa. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and oddly stained. Needless to say we didn’t sleep on it. The room had a small fridge, stove, clean dishes, and silverware. Grab and go breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. Front office staff were friendly and cheerful.

No good. No milk.
