Great location. In China town.

For the price and location this was a really good pick. The place was clean, staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is very convenient to major attractions. The rooms were not great. Walls were dirty. Empty shampoo and conditioner in shower. They had to take used bottles from other rooms. At breakfast, the creamers were a month past their "use by" date. Overheard other customers asking for shampoo, body wash, etc. We have stayed here a few times, and each time it is more "run down".

Have a very bad experience with the front desk on the night of checking in. We got there, been told they’re sold out and cannnot accommodate us, told us to go somewhere else, we ended up going somewhere else and when we call to ask for a refund, they say we never showed up for my reservation and denied my refunds. I have to drove there in the middle of the night trying to get justice only to find out the front desk already changed shift, been told to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager. Drove back there again the next morning, manager open their cctv, find out the truth, apologize and gave me my refund. It was horrible and ruin my day!

they never checked me or my passenger in and were so rude

For breakfast and the room, you can see fruit flies flying around sometimes. The location is convenient though.

The beds were comfy and the staff was nice. The hotel felt old and needed work. The a/c only worked on "continuous" air, not auto or low, the lobby was dingy and the door of our room sounded like a haunted house.

We slept pretty good. The tall Black guy that worked overnight was very very nice! Give that man a promotion & raise!! The hallways STINK!!! Take up that nasty funky carpet!!! Looked like it was a ring around the tub. I thought this was going to be a better looking hotel but I was definitely wrong! I won’t stay there again.

The basement room was large but basic, very dusty, cobwebs in the corners, obvious signs of non-use and not terminally cleaned before my arrival. Pest trap in bathroom. The wall AC unit didn’t work, putting out room temp air even on coolest setting. Parking was easy and close to hotel entry, $35 cash. Night staff were great.

Room was very clean, bottom of mattress had no signs of creepy crawlies. The bed was extremely comfortable. In fact, it was so comfortable I accidentally slept in and missed their breakfast. It was quiet too, I never heard anyone else making noise. The man at the front desk was nice.

Area is rough, but close to points of interest. Some rough looking folks in the area. Parking is expensive, too. $70 for 2 nights.

Despite a late check-in (thank you weather/flights), staff were on hand for check-in. The room was spacious and pretty clean. The bathroom was also clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location is also good, near chinatown and the subway. Reasonable value too, given the location. All good
