This is my favorite place to stay, the rooms are large, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was worth the price of admission! The rooftop bar always had great entertainment during our stay. Did I mention the location? Perfect and close to everything! I’d stay here again and again

Exceptional

Hot water worked great in sink. However the shower was Luke warm. I called for maintenance and nothing changed. I just pushed through because I was there for medical stay. However that was terrible.

Very nice place and excellent location

The room was amazing, very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and surprisingly quiet at night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. Overall, it was a real pleasure staying here. I would happily return and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I want to highlight the fact that we were offered a complimentary full breakfast on one of our nights, which was greatly appreciated. Staff was also amazingly helpful.

Location Took forever to get car from valet

I love this hotel, the location is wonderful for seeing the city. The rooms are enormous which is great when traveling with family. It's great to sit in the lobby and have coffee in the morning. Valet was very nice but the staff at the front desk wasn't the most pleasant or helpful. Overall great hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location.

I like hotels that have clean carpets/floors and overall clean throughout the hotel so this met my expectations. I also pay attention to the elevators and baseboards if they are kept clean and I give this a 10. N/A

It’s a nice location if you are having an event. It’s also nice for older crowed not really family friendly

I've stayed at other Kimpton hotels and was excited when I booked a room here. However, I was disappointed. The towel that was hanging on the wall of the shower was damp. The floor towel was very old and had a hole. I dropped an earring on the floor, and when I was looking for it, I had to look under the TV stand - it wasn't clean. Carpets in hallways weren't that clean either. Elevators need to be updated. Overall, the hotel didn't have a luxury feel.

Valet & bell service was a bit slow and confused / confusing but Room was spacious clean beautiful hotel loved very much overall
