Its not what expcted from Hilton Group overall

The wifi and television was spotty. I woke to discover there was no running water in the entire hotel. They did a poor job notifying guests. I couldn't reach anyone at the front desk. I had to down to the lobby to be told there was no water. I should get a partial refund.

AC broken. Slept with the windows open and was still hot. When checking in someone else was complaining of their thermostat not working.

reception was on bad mood. even did not welcome. rude and not responsive. We there for kids for indoor swimming pool recepnaist told us the pool was open when we went with kids the pool was not open it was not open all day long.i spoil the money in this hotel. Room was dusty, bathroom was dirty and not in standard. I will never ever go this hotel again and wii not recommended for family and friend, rating 1 stander. nothing, parking say free but park outside on your risk. it was raining need to run . worse in worse

Clean room. Restaurant/bar staff was understaffed and slightly rude. Front desk staff assisted bar staff with clearing tables, etc., but she was still rude. Self parking is a block away. Front desk helpful and friendly.

Disappointing

At the same time, I was dealing with being cut in line while approaching the desk. I remained calm and never spoke rudely—just requested to speak to someone else (which I am allowed to do). After I explained my perspective, the 2nd man softened and told me a room with a tub would definitely be available in about 45 minutes. I came back about an hour later and got my room. Beforehand, front desk debated on calling housekeeping to confirm it was ready. A 3rd man, Dom said, “Keesha is gona have an attitude but we have more of a right to have an attitude cuz we’ve been waiting.” He then called housekeeping and was told it was ready but also to wait. He said “We are gona assume it’s ready” 1hr later, as I was bathing, two men banged on my door scaring me and demanding to enter due to reports of a flood below Dom told me to request a room change via the app I booked with, but I told him I didn’t have time to do that because I had an event to get to within minutes. I was then told he would change my room but there would be no tub. The new room had no privacy sign, and the hot water faucet did not work. It is a bummer how I was treated.

Loved it!

The staff behind the desk provided excellent service. He kindly extended my checkout time by two hours because I had undergone dental surgery the previous day. I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. While the room was clean, I observed several areas that require attention. The swimming pool appeared somewhat unkempt, with visible dirt and hair accumulation in the gutters. The ceiling above the pool also showed signs of age and discoloration, suggesting a need for maintenance. The fitness center was notably dusty, and I did not find any sanitizing wipes for equipment. Upon entering, the carpets in the common areas had a stale odor, which was unexpected given the Hilton brand and price point.

I like that it was near many things and Soho. Although I did not eat in the restaurant, it was a nice option as well as I like the two coffee shop in the hotel. The room was rather small. That was the only part that I would say I would change, but I won’t remove because it was really all that was needed.

I’d call the hotel just adequate. First the good. Kudos to the valet attendants. The towels were soft and the shower was good once you figured it out. The room appeared clean at first but there was a suspicious substance on the bedside light switch. The bad- there was no door on the bathroom, the bed was lumpy and the pillows were horrible, as if they were filled with floating pieces of foam. No cups or glasses in the room, and maintenance was lacking with gouges in the wallpaper and rips in the curtains and a curtain that would not move to open.
