Great hotel. Modern, clean, and reasonably priced. I stayed here solo on a trip, and chose it for location and price. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is clean and modern. Rooms well lit, and internet and electrical outlets all worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

First room I’ve had in a very long time that lacked in-room microwave and coffee maker. There was a microwave in the breakfast area, which also had two on-demand, fresh-ground coffee machines. I would rather not have to take an elevator to warm leftovers or get one cup of coffee at midnight. Staff was first-rate. Room was good, but had the beds and an office chair; no couch or armchair, which would be nice.

Only issue we encountered was the floor/shower seal in out handicapped accessible room leaked. Wonderful stay otherwise.

Breakfast was good. Same food everyday except meat would change. Breakfast staff was so helpful. I was traveling with my Mom and she uses a walker. He was very friendly and helpful everyday. We also liked coffee and tea all day. We had the queen room. Only one chair for two people. Probably would not matter for one day but we were in same room for 4 nights. Also the chair had some worn off spots that were noticeable. Room 306.

But it has lots of deferred maintenance now: holes in the comforters, desk chairs with chunks of foam missing, squeeky bed and lumpy mattresses, bathroom wallpaper peeling. It needs work.

For the price the hotel was in a convention location, clean, and quiet.

First time trying an Avid stay. I will definitely continue to use Avid when I travel It was a pleasant surprise to me.

Location I prepaid my reservation. I was charged $50 for incidentals and told that this charge would be removed. The charge has yet to be removed and my employer is NOT happy. This will now have to come out of my pocket. You just coast me and my family $50!!!!!

First time going to an Avid hotel and I would go again. I picked it because I saw all the good reviews involving cleanliness and it definitely was as described. Easy check in and very quiet. Safe location perfect for anyone looking for a good place to spend the night in.

I always enjoy my stay at your hotel. It is VERY clean and the breakfast is always delicious! All of your staff is very friendly and accomdating. It would be nice to have 4 large towels for the rooms. When a family of 4 stays, we have to ask the front desk for an extra towel every time.
