The room is clean, staffs warmth and welcoming gesture, location nearby to sunway pyramid mall and many option for meals, from chinese food cafeteria that just few steps away, kedai mamak just a block away and anything else if you love to stroll around

Location - great. Can walk to sunway pyramid mall. Got lift. Staff are friendly. Hv few parking lots. Clean room. The size of room was too small. Quite cramped. No kettle inside room, water dispenser located at ground floor. Tv only hv 4 channels. Not recommended if u are a big person.

Room too small. Towels don't look clean. Difficulty to use shower without clear instruction.

The location, it is really close to the mall, eat place, hospital because we went there for medical check up, surrounded by pharmacyst and close to the public transportation The shower, I think it is quite old model

very close to sunway pyramid,sunway lagoon it's quite hard to find parking as it was a business area.suggest to park at sunway pyramid or using grab

Noisy night. Aircon blower generated some irritating noise. Toilet exhaust fan also quite noisy. Exhaust fans from nearby restaurants also noisy during early morning. Power socket and lighting beside bed not working.

No rugs for feet. No toothbrush and toothpaste TV channel only 2 channel So squeezy in the toilet Only 1 pillow & super thin Only 1 towel out of 3 days
