Friendly staff, modern clean rooms and free shuttle hours suited us. Breakfast was very good. Hall carpet let the hotel down.

Lovely pool, pleasant environment. Overpriced food, slow service and location meant there was no choice to go elsewhere. Understaffed in restaurant in the evening.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Where do I begin… For an “airport hotel” you would assume easy access to the airport, what other reason does anyone stay at an airport hotel? We booked a night here because we had an early 7am flight in the morning from Milan, meaning we had to leave around 4-5am in the morning. Unfortunately the shuttle service does not run early enough for that. We asked them what other options they could provide. The walk to the airport, they said would be over an hour, not exactly something you want to do with luggage in the early hours of the morning, so we had to get a taxi, which cost us 30€ for a 5 minute drive. It would have been easier and cheaper to stay in the center of Milan and just get a bus to the airport in the morning, it would have saved us 20€. This was not the only issue, the staff were not accommodating or professional in any regard, this is more likely a management issue to the extreme understaffing evident. In the restaurant there was only 1 server, taking the orders, running the food, making the drinks, clearing tables etc. The receptionist, in his suit and everything, had to come in and help due to the 30+ people in the restaurant. There was not a single table that was available to sit at because they were all dirty. On top of that, the food was the worst most flavourless thing I have ever consumed. The TV only had Italian cable and the wifi barely worked. It is safe to stay I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to the airport, overall an okay place to stay a night. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, but they sent the cleaning lady back to fix it. It smelled like sewage all afternoon, the towels are super old and had holes in them. The cleanliness definitely could be improved.

The room had water leaking from the ceiling and staff refused to offer any form of compensation. The air con didn’t work so it was absolutely sweltering. Impossible to sleep which is the main requirement for a hotel. Leaking ceilings Lack of air con No children’s facilities - my 4 year old kept falling out of bed!

Disappointing

Great location friendly staff. Great pool and outside space. Shuttle bus service to airport really helpful. Unfortunately this time of year outside space shared with mosquitos!

Nice room. A bus journey from airport with a free shuttle. Restaurant was fine but lacked any atmosphere . We stayed for one night and specifically picked it for the pool. The pool was out of use.

Clean and very organised, the staff were very helpful and polite. Specifically, the night staff at the bar had a bit bowled hair he was very nice my husband said. And also the room service was amazing. None

Very convenient, very comfortable, lovely pool, and exactly what was needed for a final night in Italy. The food in the hotel restaurant was also a very pleasant surprise. nothing was of concern.

Near the airport Ac was not effective .

Bathroom was a bit old. The restaurants are not easy to reach by foot, the road to cross, with no pedestrian crossing, is quite dangerous.
