Location There were no complimentary bottles of mineral water provided, which is quite disappointing for a five-star hotel.

The location was good The lighting in the room was appalling. You couldn’t see to put on makeup, shave or read. The shower was dangerous, water soaked the entire bathroom. To call reception there was no instruction to say it was the help me button on the ph. No water first day due to a burst pipe. No water pressure or hot water second day in our room. Had to water till maintenance arrived at work to assess the issue. No offer to use a different shower. Staff did their jobs but lacked warmth or genuine interest.

Room was nice, good view No hot water pressure, took hour an half to run bath, shower pressure was no existent, not good, speaker in room did not work/wouldn't charge, no free cold water to drink.

Location is the best. It is so convenient to move around in the CBD of Perth. The room is spacious and modern. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the water running on the last day due to some maintenance in front of the building. And there is no advance announcement.

The property had great location, was clean and a good sized hotel room. We had no hot water along with no pressure. When we complained we were advised that there was a maintenance issue (which is completely fine, problems happen) however our issue lied with the duty manager and reception telling us “we’re only here for 1 night” and to basically deal with it. We were there for 2 nights, not 1 and were basically told to just deal with it, no compensation or sympathy at all. The air con would also turn off every 15 minutes and would t turn on until we would retry an hour later.
