Location was good enough Poor I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I found loose nails scattered dangerously on the floor and broken picture glass in my room. Furthermore, there was zero soundproofing; I could hear conversations and singing from neighboring rooms all night, making it impossible to sleep.

Under bed there were used socks from previous guest. Called receptionist, change to a different romm and again under bed was not clean. Empty water bottles. Cleanliness is zero

The staff are fabulous. Our TV didn't work, a very lovely staff member came to our room to see if she could fix it, she wasn't able to and immediately moved us into another room. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable, but need updating. We thought there was a restaurant on site but it is only open for breakfast.

Nothing to like The place seemed very old and run down. The elevators stunk. The carpets in the whole place need a good shampoo. The room had half a roll of toilet paper for 3 ppl. Wasn’t refreshed the second day. Had to ask for more. Did not feel safe there.

It's quite obvious that the Metro Hotel Hay st CBD has been confirmed by myself as the most incredibly amazing wonderfully well maintained, exceptional quality assurance of all regularly happy helpful and friendly genuine staff members and housekeeping services staff which as a entirely whole entirtity of staff and management is noticed by myself each and every single occasion I've been staying in their well located and concensually access ability of out of the hustle and bustle of the city traffic with the side street and undercover parking facilities roughing out the best and most incredibly enjoyably hotels for me to remain here as a genuine happy addition to the cliental which seems to be never ending with happy faces all round It's free spirited casual and relaxing each time and not once can i fault the Metro Hotel's adequacy in all aspects of the most genuine perfect hotel accommodation for me
