Bed was comfy - climate in room was consistently nice - view was great not sure if this is the place to mention but the breakfast was a little disappointing

From check in to check out, everything went really well. Staff were very good nothing

Location Run down, and very bad service. For every little thing, you asked for , you had to pay. Something small as wanting them to clear the fridge for my own items
-
Fabulous stay, room lovely with comfy bed & great view. Excellent choices of restaurants & bars - all so close.
-
Always very consistent with what you get and service was good as always. Having the new Food Court in Crown makes this so much more enjoyable as so many other food options now. If I was to say something it would only be Pool service was alittle slow. Other than that can't say too much else that was negative

Rooms are noisy

There are so many things to do. I attended a show at the Crown Theater. By the time I got out , the restaurants had all closed . I wish there was at least one of the fine restaurants would stay open until 11 pm so a person could have a nice meal after the show.

Everything went well, just a pity that they did not offer a little more as I did mention that this booking was for my son who turned 30 on the 4th. They actually came in a day earlier and left a day later. Metropol was full so they spent one night in the towers and were spoilt there - free valet, free breakfast and I believe one other thing. Absolutely nothing - it was all great.

So many restaurants and places to eat and drink.

Staff are always amazing and very accommodating. View was great. Luxurious and comfortable stay every time. The ONLY downside to our stay was the loud banging sound that seemed to come from the room next to us early in the morning. Like a hammering sound.

Not consistent asking to clean room
-
Very clean and luxurious

Great location, room and views. We stayed there because we wanted to visit Nobu restaurant. The manager at Nobu was arrogant with appalling attitude and service he even threatened me with security because I asked for a discount because the food was terrible and definitely not worth $199 a head. Definitely don’t recommend Nobu as a restaurant within Crown. I have visited side street restaurants with better quality food.

location to the airport upon booking I requested a City view which was granted. Due to my late arrival time I believe I was bumped to a first floor car park view.
-
room was nice and neat. bed was comfy. breakfast was to expensive at the buffet for the amount you eat. buffet tea and breakfast too expensive for what you eat. what's with the surcharges on the meals.

Overall was fine. Parking was complicated on arrival and wish there were more signs to tell us where to park on arrival
