Very good location in Perth CBD, parking on site and flexible with leaving the car parked after we checked out, giving us more time to check out the amazing area before leaving the city. Initial mixup with getting a room already occupied.

The Reception staff, Winona in particular, was very friendly and professional. There was a lot of noise in the corridors at night after 10pm. The room was overly clean after housekeeping cleaned it. They did not empty the bins or vacuum.

Location and price. Breakfast was good if part of a deal. Staff were excellent.

The room was good; the water pressure and temp were good. The location of the hotel suited us and breakfast was nice. We found the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. We found that it met our needs. I would prefer to have a safe in the room

Nothing The rooms were filthy. We were bitten by bed bugs. The air conditioner was blowing out black dust. It was so bad that we all needed to checkout early and find alternative accommodation. I will be requesting a refund

Great location, close to city, good access to public transport. Self-contained room useful for 4 day stay. Room very tired. While everything in apartment worked it could all use a makeover-paint, carpet, decor,

The location was great for our purpose - visiting Royal Perth Hospital. It was an excellent price considering the location, parking and breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was good. The food in the restaurant for dinner was pretty ordinary - definitely would not bother eating there again for dinner, although the breakfast was fine.

The lifts operated ok would have the be the highlight and the maintenance man was pretty cool I complained about the cleanliness of my room right after I arrived. I was told I would get a different room the next morning. The room was filthy, I asked for a mop so I could at least mop the floor but was told no access to cleaning products until the next morning.. it was only mid afternoon at that stage. There no facewashers/flannels, we were scared we would come home with bed bugs, there was a dirty tissues/wipes folded up under one of the pillows, there's fresh dirty marks all over the wall, you can tell nothing is wipes over or cleaned, there is thick dust on top of the microwave, looked like cockroach poops in the cupboard. Will never stay there again Mould all up the top of the bathroom and also alerted the staff about that, and that my daughter has bad asthma and still no room change. Pipes sounded like they were going to burst and could hear them all up the outside hallway

The Bathroom is very small, not a lot of room to move around, especially compared to the rest of the good size room.

good room spacious the kitchenet is a good option for people looking multiple days stay, location is very good cleanliness was taken care of Wifi was pretty weak, did not get resolved despite complain - the bed was shaky may be the bed coaster was damaged - Breakfast was very disappointing, very limited options and same option everyday - Yes same options everyday was a big big spoiler

Very good ? the veritey of breakfast eats was excellent, cooked to our liking. Make sure the mattress of the bed ? is on the right side up.

The location was perfect Staff were amazing and friendly The room did not match the pictures as prescribed on the internet. Had expected a sofa, as per the picture, and there was none. Bed was too soft, as were the pillows. The note by the bathroom about use of hot water and aerosols that could set fire alarm off made us feel somewhat unsettled. Almost felt like we were unwelcome. For an expected $25 for buffet breakfast, you would expect more variety of fruit and cold offerings. To provide only watermelon was pretty poor. The paper cups for juice and water was not a great sight.

Everything about my stay was just as I expected, having stayed twice before I has no hesitation in making this booking! Nothing that I am concerned about!
