Villa Markezinis

This is a great place for holiday but also for a business occasion. Why is it so fantastic? Mainly due to the stuff. George is just an excellent person and sorts out all issues you need. Otherwise, the place has all what you need and a fantastic breakfast on top of it. Hard to come up with something.

Amazing villa with the most welcoming host. George was amazing in helping us with everything from transport to and from airport, beach towels to things to do in Perivolos and around Santorini. Highly recommend the breakfast as well, it was delicious! Close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were also put in daily, the pool is clean and a great feature. An amazing place to stay in Santorini if you want to enjoy the beach, and if you want to visit the rest of the island the bus station is a short walk from the villa. Thanks again George for everything!

Very comfortable and cozy. I had breakfast there and it was delicious. Staff was very friendly. 10 minutes walk to nice restaurants and to the beach.

The best stay we had in Santorini! Villa Markezinis was by far our favorite accommodation during our stay in Santorini. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had a lovely fresh scent that made us feel at home right away. The pool area was absolutely stunning – clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. What truly made our experience unforgettable was George. He was phenomenal – welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. He explained everything with such patience and clarity, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks to him, we truly felt like valued guests, not just tourists. And we have to say – breakfast here was the BEST we had in all of Santorini. Fresh, delicious, and served with care. Wherever else we stayed, nothing compared to the morning experience at Villa Markezinis. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and friendly place to stay in Perissa. We can’t wait to come back!

The property was quiet and peaceful, which was lovely. George was so kind and accommodating to my travel schedule, and helpful in suggestions to do. The room was clean and cozy. It was the most perfect weekend getaway, 10/10 recommend!

Very good villa. Great staff, cleanliness and amenities were great. The quality is much higher than the price.

They write that breakfast is included, but when you arrive, they tell you that only a continental breakfast is included in the price, and if you want to eat something else, you have to pay extra. Additionally, if you order other items from the menu, there is also an extra charge for tea, coffee, and drinks. Overall, for something that was supposed to be free, we ended up spending 30 euros more over two days, so I recommend avoiding such accommodations. I found out about this from other people’s comments on Booking, but the accommodation refused to cancel the booking and then stopped responding to emails. I will never come back here again, and I also advise against booking this place.

The receptionist was amazing, super polite, kind, he gave us a lot of recommendations and attention. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Really would come again and would recommend to others this place. Extraordinary attention to clients and cleanliness. Thank you.

The hotel is wonderful, close to the beach, restaurants, bus, market!??? Nothing! Everything was just great!

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Markezinis in Santorini. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything we needed. The rooms were lovely, and the pool & pool bar were super stylish and a great place to relax. The location was convenient, being quite close to the beach. However, without a car, getting to the city was a bit tricky. Despite this, the surrounding area was peaceful and enjoyable, making for a relaxing stay overall.
