Nice hotel The upstairs bar was closed. Very limited time to use hot tub just one hr according to their schedule. Nice Terrance but was closed to us that day

Excellent/convenient location from Periera airport, shopping, restaurants. Staff was AMAZING, and very well kept property, amazing breakfast. Over all… a personal rating 1 out of 10… it’s hands down a 12 ! N/A

Location is great. Rooms were large and clean. A little outdated as far as availability of ports for phones, tablets and computers. Also, counter space in bathroom is too little.

I liked the location (in the middle of everything). It’s clean to sleep and shower. I didn’t like the staff- front desk was good but bellman was rude at the beginning when we said can we park here while we check in? He answered its at 3- could have said you can and ask front office if available but not friendly then took our bags and when we asked what room he said the floor and my dad asked again and didn’t answer- we still tipped him but he could use some customer service training.

Very low class of service in the restaurant, they simply weren't trained for international travelers. The entire hotel is geared for locals. The surrounding City area is filthy with many homeless. Better to find a countryside hotel outside the city.

1.Clean room service 2. Staff were helpful and made all efforts to communicate in english/spanish. 1. Breakfast options were same every day and cold. Some pandebono were empty and stale. No restock when food finished. 2. The girl upon check-in were too sleepy and took time to check me in. 3. The price paid at hotel was $200 more than what i book on booking.com. That was a real shock!!! 4. Toilet seat are not comfortable for long legs! It hits the bathroom door! 5. No noise cancellation. I could hear the noise from the corridor and opposite rooms CLEARLY!! 6. Muddy water on one day since morning to noon; and difficult to get hot water on 2 days. 7. AC took time to cool the room!

Staff unkind, makes you feel uncomfortable when asking. Poor customer service Poor customer service from waiters too.

As a new solo women traveler to colombia the hotel was nice but I felt un easy going outside the hotel after hours. But the inside it was very nice

Room was clean and great. The location of the hotel was excellent, being adjacent to Plaza de Bolivar, the central square of Pereira. Breakfast was great as well. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Nothing comes to mind

Room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, good location with lots of Restaurants and stores nearby. The view from the rooftop restaurant was very nice also. The Wifi was pretty bad in the room and you can only stay in the Jacuzzi for 1 Hour the entire day. Other than those 2 issues the overall stay was pretty good.

Modern beautiful property Food wasn't as good as i expected

My room was very small but being a solo traveler, it was all right. The bathroom is very small.

It is centrally located, with professional helpful staff, very clean. I have stayed here 4-5 times and the WiFi is terrible in the rooms. In public areas it is better, but god forbid you want to download a movie to watch etc

It is very well situated in the middle of the city, and the staff were very friendly and attentive! The doors leading to the hallway are a bit thin, so you can hear others entering and exiting their rooms. But, in the grand scheme of things, it’s not a huge issue

breakfast area is nice great food they had options if i didnt like something they had what i wanted to try.
